If I could give this place zero stars I would. I work at Wawa and I popped in after a long shift tonight. It was 10 minutes before closing and I apologized profusely to them for that. There were three women behind the counter and I could hear the loud sighs the second I walked in. Every single thing I asked for was immediately dismissed, as they either rolled their eyes or turned around and said absolutely nothing. I wanted my Italian on the grill but I was too uncomfortable to even ask. Not to mention, none of them were wearing gloves or hair nets. Personally, I was really considering just walking out. Upon unwrapping my sandwiches, they were very messily made and thrown together. I will probably never stop here again despite the fact that it’s the closest one to me. I’ll go to the one on Saint Lucie West instead.

Had the Italian sub was delicious!

Ordered thru app easily. Ready at pickup. Didn't follow instructions written in app. Asked for jalapeño on side and sandwich had them on. Sandwiches seemed to have less meat than in the past. Always enjoyed the Big Kahana, but thus sandwich was lacking on meat and cheese. Alot of bread compared to meat. Still had good flavor though.

I come from Nebraska we have a place that Jersey mikes reminds me of so much! Love this place! Love that when I tell the staff to drown my sandwich is oil amd vinegar till it needs a life raft.. They so do! It makes my Heart so Happy! They are always nice and chill my favorite spot so far here in Florida!

10/27/24 - 7:30 p.m. My wife and I just left your establishment and will make it a note to never return........it was like walking into a freezer which probably explains the lack of a greeting from any of the four staff that were working and were probably afraid to smile for fear their faces might crack. Our order was placed and we paid for it. Three other customers arrived and were met with the same flat attitude. One of the staff placed a wrapped up sandwich on the counter and simply walked away. I turned to my wife and said "I guess that's our order". I clicked on the one star for the sandwich but perhaps turning up the thermostat will help with your staff's icy attitudes.

Ordered online a giant $22 turkey sub last night and my wife picked it up. The bag had a receipt with my name and my turkey sub order listed on the receipt. When I opened it however, it was the completely wrong order. They put someone else’s order in my bag. Not sure how that happens unintentionally, but it was really inconvenient and annoying. I’ve eaten here consistently for years and I wont be back. Inexplicably ridiculous giant mistake and i’ll take my money elsewhere.

I love Jersey Mike's but this store has a massive mold infestation. As soon as you walk in you can smell it. The ceiling around both ac vents is black with mold and this is directly above the food.

The workers we're very kind and helpful.
I would recommend to all.

Love the Steak Chipotle Sub food is made on time and staff are attentive and friendly I'm thrilled to have a reliable location near by to enjoy.

Well apparently Swiss cheese and American are now the same… seems like every time I do an on line order I get American… this time I called them out and got told a worker put the Swiss cheese out so she knows it’s Swiss.. hmmm since when does Swiss melt into something resembling mayonnaise.. it doesn’t more does it taste anything like American.. thanks no thanks we pay enough for there subs never mind not getting what you asked for.! If you do decide to order go in and watch what they do.

The sandwich was fresh and absolutely delicious. The meats are fresh and very tasty.

Very dirty. Walked into to get a sub made. Counters were dirty. Slicer for the meat had old meat below it food all over the bottom. Decided to leave

Always good, love that they actually slice the meat in front of you. Not pretend in ads only.
