Second time wrong sandwich, will not ever go back. Two people got wrong sandwich. Was no where near what was ordered.

Excellent food and service! Extremely polite and accommodating. 4 stars on atmosphere just because it's a little small inside not a lot of room. But my favorite location.

I’ll be honest, I like their cheese steak but the LACK of meat is ridiculous !! And it’s not like they are cheap either. They are expensive!!

I go to the location all the time and the manager is never very friendly. But last night I ordered delivery and requested the oil and vinegar be on the side. My sub was soggy so I called as this is now the 2nd time it has happened. The manager was rude no apologies and argued that’s how the sub is supposed to come. Unfortunate because we eat there a lot but I will go to Publix next time!

Tanner at this location is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! He keeps the busy line moving efficiently and maintains a friendly attitude. I noticed he also remembers his regulars and their orders which is truly one of a kind customer service. He is the type of employee any company should feel lucky to have!

This jersey mikes is the best! The staff is amazing, their subs are delicious. I haven’t been disappointed yet! And I just witnessed them handle a double rush of online orders with teamwork, precision, and classy customer service. Y’all are rockstars!!!!!

Would not give me a cup of water! After spending almost $10 for a small sub was told they do not offer water cups. I don't care about the $10 but felt disrespected that I could not get a two cents cup of water. There are other sub places that will give me water. I do not need to come here. Glad I put back the chips before checkout,would not want to give them another penny! FL is the southernmost state in the union and probably the hottest but not even a cup of water for a paying customer. SMH...

They’re always really nice at this location, and they take time to make your food as opposed to just slapping stuff on, it’s actually surprising. Reminds me of pre-pandemic times. Probably deserves the +4 stars it has compared to all the other options around SLW.

Went in tonight almost closing time I want to take the time out to say shout out to hunter for his hospitality he step in made make sandwiches with love he was very nice and sweet and kept a smile on his face way to go you're awesome......
