So I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend. He loves subs. Alot of my friends do. They swear by Jersey and so I recommended this location to him. He ordered a giant stickball and a giant vegetarian sub with meat addition. There was some confusion about his order, they didn't get it right so he went back. No big deal, except that when he returned he said, the young woman who had taken his order had an attitude.
Now I know there are 2 sides to a story and that customers can be jerks to service people, but that's my friend. I KNOW that's not him. He tries to be nice to everyone irregardless of the circumstance, so I was truly upset at the way he felt he was treated especially after I recommended this location to him. I told him to throw the sandwich out. I'll buy him another but he said, No. He's religious, so he said, let a curse be on them because of me if they tampered with the sandwich in any way. Made me laugh, but I know he's serious. I'm upset. JERSEY DO BETTER!!!

The past three times I’ve ordered they have not made my order correctly and I’ve had to drive all the way back to get them to re make it. If you order anything any other way than Mike’s way, make sure to watch them because they can’t seem to follow a custom ticket.

Don’t order online when they’re busy because they will not be able to make your order correctly two weeks in a row. I’ve spent over $30 ordering and having my food delivered and both times it is wrong apparently when it’s the weekend and they’re busy things get messed up on the grill and they can’t figure out what order is what so they just give you whatever they want no quality control direction whatsoever and customer service. There is none. I was told I had to wait till Monday to speak to a manager.

Good stuff. I have been getting curbside the last few times I went to get a sub (club supreme always). Really quick service even when I tend to arrive a little bit early. Everyone is always friendly too. Keep up the good work!

Come here multiple times weekly. The manager and crew that run this place are on point. Fast service. Clean store. And friendly faces. Will always recommend the saint lucie west location.

They messed up our first order, and I called to let them know , wrong toppings etc .. I called to let them know and Brittany said that they would replace the order next time I came by so I stopped in today and the assistant manager at the register only offer 25% off, but my name was in the book. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said there was no manager available, terrible customer service she turned me away and threw the food away and would not provide her name. I have emailed Trish the operating partner, but have not heard back yet. I would advise staying away from this location. Customer service is not a priority for them and they have now lost loyal customers. Following up w BBB & FTC complaint if not resolved promptly.
