DO NOT order online. Every time I have ordered online they have completely messed up my entire order and forgotten to include items. When I order in person there’s never a problem because I’m watching them make my food. But when I pick up my order and get home the sandwiches are wrong and they swap the breads around. One sandwich should have been on rosemary bread and the other one was plain but they switched them around. Second time that happened. After two trips just now I’m over it.

Being a parent of a college athlete, we frequently get Jersey Mike's. This location and the people that work there were incredible! As soon as you walk in, you are acknowledged. From the person taking your order, to the person making your sandwich to the person checking you out, all friendly and personable.Of course the sandwich was perfect as well. Nothing beats freshly cut cold cuts....

I ordered a giant chicken Philly with nothing but double chicken and cheese no onions or peppers at 8pm and when I went to eat it at 1030 pm it was steak Philly with onions and peppers. This is the 2nd time I ordered and received the wrong thing.?!! The worker even wrote xtra chicken on the

Can someone from corporate explain how the process works when cooking chicken then you flip the raw chicken right before you take the chicken that’s “done” and place it on the bread is safe to eat?

Excellent service excellent staff. I am gluten-free and Connor took the time to make sure everything was prepared properly without even asking, great job.
Food is fine, but what gives them the right to raise prices over 20% within the last year. My wife and I ordered the exact same 2 subs. Tge total price gas gone from $26 to $32. That is a 23% increase. I understand inflation is high, however inflation is up about 8% over the last year, not 23%. Just another place taking advantage and price gouging. Will not return.

The guys at this spot are the best! Usually order at least once or twice every few months. The order is always spot on no matter hot or cold sandwiches. Last trip they forgot to make our call ahead order and when I arrived it wasn't ready. They apologized profusely and made our sandwiches in record time,(excellent by the way), but the manager gave us free sandwiches for the next pick up and free drinks were offered as well. I don't have a lot of negative reviews to post because unless a person works a job they hate they try to be hospitable. These young guys are great in my view and the customer service is !

The subs are always delicious, but every single time I go, one of the blonde girls always gives the smallest two pieces of bacon. Like a bacon vault. Or a bacon collector.

Love jersey mikes but this location is horrible. Turkey tasted like refrigerator and completely brown lettuce for a salad bowl. Will make the drive to jensen beach location.
