The sandwich was ok. However, the girl working there was so rude I don't think I'll ever go back. Plus when you order online they ask you tip, even though I placed the order and picked it up. So since she already got my tip I guess she felt like she didn't have earn it. I'll stick to Mikes subs

I came in and there was one man in the front. He asked if i ordered i didn't put it through the app yet but he was patient. Waited for me and it was my first time toasting my sandwich. He picked a good loaf of bread and put the extra freebie toppings i wanted on the sandwich to make it taste really good i didnt even eat my chips with it. Toasting it takes it to another level and oh yea the arnold palmer always great thanks jimmy crew ps i didnt get the employee name but shot out to that man.

Blonde girl has AWFUL costumer service. I love Jimmy John’s but will not be back to this location. Unbelievably rude!! Also, seemed like she was training a new girl which is embarrassing.

No meat at all on the sandwiches. Did a catering order and felt bad for the people eating. Literally one or two slices of meat on each sandwich. Terrible
Hunter's Club ?
I was in there the other day, ordering a sandwich. And there was this older man working ,I think his name was James, and he kept staring at my blouse, making me completely uncomfortable, so much so, that I probably won't be coming back to this location. I also saw him staring at the other young girls that work there, and thats completely unprofessional and disgusting.

Apparently no onions is to much direction for this place. I have had this issues multiple times. I don't know why I bother going here.
Update- 5 hrs post complaint. I was contacted by a very kind gentleman who confirmed onions were on my sandwich. He was very kind and understanding, and said they would talk with those involved. I feel this was handeled with a lot of professionalism and I am very thankful for my thoughts being heard.

I always go to the jimmy johns in Port St. Lucie I love the sandwhiches have been going for a few years. I picked up my sandwhiches on 6/8/2024. I got my sandwiches and went home because I never had problems. My son and mother in law open there sandwiches and my mother in law notice that her sandwich was an Italian assuming mine was the 3 I told her to eat it. I open the last and it was a ham and I ordered the spicy Italian. I called jimmy John’s and spoke to 2 ladies and I told them the situation and they said ok they will make it. I forgot to bring the other sandwhich and they wanted me to come back with the sandwiches which was so bad bc I had 4 kids I had to go back at home. My mother in law went back and the two ladies were rude and very nasty to her. The man that was there made the sandwich for my mother in law. This is so bad I never had this problem and I won’t come in and say there was a mistake if there wasn’t. They were very unprofessional these ladies and were mad they weee wrong. I believe they need more customer services skills and need more training about customer services because I’ve work in customer service all my life and food service. Thank you and I’m sorry that I had to write this review from a place that’s usually good

I ordered a sandwich and specifically asked for oil and vinegar dressing, when it came it had mayo, which I can't stand. I called and the lady was nice, admitted it was their error, and said she would send the driver back out with a new sandwich. IT NEVER CAME and I was left to pay for a meal I didn't order. Being in the customer service industry myself, I understand mistakes happen, but resolution and follow up are key!
