No complaints about the food that I ordered for pickup. Only gripe would be that, even though I used the KFC app on my phone the pickup time took considerably longer that I would have hoped. I showed up at the time I had requested on the app (which was about an hour in advance, so plenty of time for prep) and STILL had to arrive and park and just wait. That sort of defeats the purpose of using the app for conveniently ordering ahead if I could have just walked in, ordered the food and left in the same amount of time. Sorry to be a Karen but that was sort of a bummer of an experience. Still, the food was good.

I've been in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I don't know what the problem is, but this is ridiculous!
I went with my family, and there was an employee yelling at all her employees in front of the customers. Those sitting down eating were uncomfortable, and I left when she threw a chicken at the other employee. I'd never seen anything like that before. I'll never go back. If that was in front of the customers, imagine what happens when no one's there. The house of terror.

Haven't been to KFC for a longgg time. Saw they were tying to up their game and offered a free bucket of chicken. So I put together a nice size order for pick up. What a mistake that was. Like last time, missing an item which happened to be the first item on the check list and checked off. They only offer the original on the free be and it was very soggy under the first 2 pieces. Chicken Pot Pie had breaded chicken and my wife almost choked on a bone. I am driving back to get my missing item.
The plus was the new fries were good, biscuits and mashed with gravy as always just KFC. Order was ready right on time but not complete.
I heard the manager ask the kid if he put my pie popper in the bag and he didn't. What a knuckle head!
This will be my last time at the Carnal. Sorry Mr. Sanders, but your going down hill fast!
