I had better food and experience a week prior. I ordered a 6 piece, only 5 pieces in the box, which required me to walk inside to dispute the count. So another chicken part was added, then the blaming game of who filled the order, instead of a complimentary drink or an additional side for inconvenience. it all started when I pulled to the side to get a complete order, and it took about 10 minutes. literally, that was my second time eating KFC, specifically that location in years. I'm ?. to add receipt statement 2 of each chicken parts, instead no wing, 3 legs, 2 thigh, 1 breast. I'm good!

I never been so disappointed in KFC in my life. I ordered a deal for $36.00 it was supposed to be 8 piece chicken, 8 tenders, a LG fry, mashed potato and gravy, Cole slaw, and 4 biscuits. We ordered through Uber Eats. That should make no difference. We received dried out chicken pieces that was not extra crispy, only 7 tenders, a half container of each side which I remember they use to be filled to the rim. The only decent thing were the biscuits and the Sticky Chicky sweet & sour sauce. I feel like they gave me the bottom of the barrel dried pieces, half orders, and 7 tenders because I was not physically there to see their mess up. It was a waste of money. I could have gone anywhere and had better food then this.

Customer service is horrible I have given them numerous of chances only because I love KFC and there is no other one in my area. However this one on Port St. Lucie blvd is horrible. They need to train there workers on customer service. They don’t care about the customers at all and they have no patience and no knowledge. Please do better KFC!
