We got take out from kfc. Very disappointed as the quality of the food has gone way down. The chicken pcs look more like pcs from Cornish heads. Just not the same as they used to be.

I went for dinner about a week ago , I picked up a meal from their menu but their chicken tasted like it was triple fried. The meat was dark and oily. I won't be going to this location again. Their excuse was, it was their oven making the chicken coming out looking burned and oily.

By far the worst KFC experience ever. This place has been going down hill for the last two years but today was the worst. Not only did they short my drive thru order, but the chicken was so incredibly greasy it was hard to pick up with your hands. The original batter wasn't even cooked and was just a sticky substance on stuck to the chicken. When I tried to call and let them know that they shorted the order, they never picked up the phone. Tried calling for 30 minutes and never got any one to pick up the phone.Staff was friendly and courteous while we were there but I didn't drive there through rush hour traffic for the service.

Theres 5 people working ive been in the drive thru for 45 minutes then waited at the speaker for 25 mins then was told its better if i come inside i come inside got my order tenders are dark and old same with the fries highly disappointed in my order wont come back
I wanted to give KFC a chance and they ruined it. The chicken was cooked with old oil it seems like. Did not taste fresh nor good. “Biscuits” did not taste like biscuits and were overcooked as there was discoloration. What a waste of money. What happened to the KFC that many used to know and like? It has been going downhill and disappoints a lot of people. Never again. Never again.

I have eaten at & ordered from KFC too many years to count. I know prices have increased but what I got for those prices is a crime. I ordered dark, original 2 PC dinner. And a 3 PC wing dinner, extra crispy. Boy it was extra crispy. So crispy you could never find chicken & very small. All 3 together were not as big as 1 you used to get. The 2pc was supposed to be original but it was extra crispy too. My husband could hardly eat it & there were very small pieces. Very disappointed .Parking: Sufficient but I went thru the drive thru

It's a great shame to say that KFC isn't worth it anymore. I ordered two meals for my partner and I and the total was over 20 bucks. Gone are the days of getting a cheap meal there. Here's what to avoid on the menu. There french fries are the worst. The ones I recieved were so greasy I couldn't even finish them. Maybe they were old, but even a liberal amount of ketchup coukdn't help me choke them down. My second gripe is the chicken nuggets. Parents of young children be warned. There was a bone in my nuggets, so they are a choking hazard. They also just didn't taste very good. If you think you're getting Chick Fil A quality, think again. My last callout is on their fountain drinks. They are consistently watery and flat and will only make your meal worse.The moral of the story is if you want to get a quick meal, don't go here.
