Unbelievable. Only drive thru open last night. Took chicken to elderly parents do they didn’t have to cook. At the window after getting the order my husband asked if she made sure the biscuits were there. She giggled and said no biscuits for at least 30 mins. Should’ve known then to check my order. Totally ridiculous what we got in our order- no biscuits no Cole slaw as we ordered reg and spicy and 6 legs for a 12-piece order! Will never return to this location. Chicken overcooked. Just sad.

The 8pcs. Chicken was salty and good. But at checkout, was not the price advertised. $10.00 became $21.00 with two sides/ biscuits. Be careful.

Absolutely rude 18 year old girl at drive thru. I was at counter inside. She stood on her phone looked at me three times and left me standing there for a solid 10 minutes I finally yelled at her and asked her to get her manager and the manager came out and told me I'm sorry this is a babysitting job I can't do my job cuz I have to babysit these brats I will never set foot in St Lucie West Taco Bell KFC ever again in my whole life the store is disgusting nobody speaks English in there except for the white girl who would not even acknowledge my existence because she was on the phone with her boyfriend and that was more important than doing her job and then got mad at me because I wanted her to do her job horrible place I don't know why I went in there I don't eat fast food on a regular I saw Taco Bell and decided I wanted to treat myself once in a while but guess what I will never spend another dollar in that store again and I suggest you don't either

This restaurant has been remodeled and I like the look. Service has been getting better here, and the food quality was satisfactory. It wasn’t busy when I came in after 12 pm, and the dining room was clean and had plenty of seats. Customer service was fast and friendly.

I rarely get KFC but was in the mood for it. They had a deal, but I thought it was 8 pieces. What I got was 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks, that was a mistake. Other than that, it was okay.

Waited in the drive thro for 10 min for them to tell the the drive thru is down i need to go inside ...if your inside register works.how lazy are you that you can't walk back and forth to that register to cash people and ring them in.. you expect your customers that have already been waiting to go park then go inside and wait again ...how lazy are your employees freaking ridiculous

I stopped for a chicken sandwich. Haven't been to a KFC for years. The chicken was good but the bread did not seem fresh. Probably just one that was out too long

My wife and I went to the drive through. Ordered and clarified order prior to driving to pay/pickup window. Again, we clarified with the attendant/employee the order. Total was $18.17. (2) two piece meals. With mashed potatoes vs fries. Again clarified with this employee. Gave him $20 bill plus $.17 cents. He asked what I’d assume a “supervisor” how much to give me back? Which he did correctly ($2.00). Got home, opened the purchased meals…no mashed potatoes…..just fries. NOTE: chicken was at best average as compared to previous purchases from KFC’s nationwide. The point of this review…how many times is enough to “clarify an order that is anticipated” when arriving home? 2 star is the maximum this experience is getting.
