Paying $40 for a bucket of children’s chicken. The size of the chicken has drastically shrunk. Sloppy store sloppy service and food not worth half of the price. Go next door to Chick Fila you will get your money worth. So disappointed.

It's been awhile since I had KFC. This location was very pleasant and clean. The cashier Tiffany I believe was friendly and attentive. Wish I knew the managers name but he was a true gentleman. He was tall and in his 20s is a good description. The 5 piece chicken tenders taste so much better than Popeyes. Sorry Popeyes fans but that's just my opinion. The biscuit was buttery and golden brown, I do miss their Jojo fries back in the day but these new fries were pretty good and the Dr. Pepper was fresh and just right. Thank you Saint Lucie West KFC/Taco Bell location. Well Done!!

Terrible service when it comes to anything with the mobile app. Placed a order then they say it was canceled and to call customer service I did and went to check if they charged my card and they still did

Came here to pick up an order and my boyfriend ordered us drinks and the blonde chick with the black Taco Bell uniform running the drive thru and front counter 10/28/24, 9pm, was not only eating on the job and did not wash her hands between handling peoples orders, but she also gave my boyfriend a hard time about getting us new cups because the Baja blast was filled with Sweet Lightning, which contains PEACH and I am deathly allergic to peaches. Not only that but she was acting inappropriately with my boyfriend when we walked in because she was flirting with him. I hope a manager can get back to me with the response that this employee was fired because she apparently thinks it’s funny to mess with a deathly allergy rather than apologize and offer to fix the mistake.

I want to share my experience with you today. I have worked at KFC in the past when I was a teenager. So l am well aware of the chicken market. My lovely family was craving delicious fried chicken tonight... I got on my wonderful and easy to use App to order... it worked flawlessly!! My son and I got into the car and decided to spend quality bonding time while we drove the 12 minutes through rush hour traffic... we arrived and we were pleasantly surprised that our order was ready in the pickup area... we then drove home and opened the round bucket of glory!!! Only to discover one leg, two pigeon sized wings, one disgraceful old breast, and one decrepit thigh... in my disbelief that they shorted me on 3 pieces of chicken!!!
I must give credit where credit is due, the 4 biscuits where good and the gravy was delicious..
I tried to call the store multiple times only to have no one answer my call!!! Customer service? Screw that!!
I then looked through my tears and was able to find the 1-800-CALLKFC marked on the bucket...
I called and spoke to a very caring call taker who apologized multiple times for the mess up and opened a formal investigation!!
She provided me with a case number and immediately transferred my call to the online ordering escalation department!!
I then repeated my breathtaking story to her, talk about reliving my trauma.... She told me that my 3 pieces of missing chicken was worth only a refund of $5.00... but the trauma l received was so much more!!!
My family and I will be going to bed hungry tonight, but the trauma I experienced from KFC will last a lifetime!!!

I was waiting for 20 min , one person in front of me. No cashier and no one helping , 2 customers that got their food returned because they were wrong, 2 people waiting for pickup too…. Waiting and waiting and I left. Very disappointed

I waited an hour for an order, A hour. No explanation. This is a everyday thing here, everytime ive been here even when its slow, they still take up to 20 mins to give me my order. This location is terrible.

The manager here customer service is superb most fast food restaurants. The managers are nasty the manager he is very pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised, even though they did not have the apple pies I want it. She was very polite to me, and delivering the fact that they did not have the pies, this is Very. The chicken pot pie that I got was phenomenal tasted fresh.

1st time trying to eat here. 10:30 pm and they close ad midnight so it's not like I showed up 3 minutes before closing. ONE car in line ordering ahead of me and it takes them 10 minutes. I pull up. Some automated robot voice starts saying "sorry, we're closed" and then some guy cuts in and asks what I want, I just order a simple combo meal and he tells me to wait a minute. Another 2 minutes goes by and nothing so I left.
