I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time. After purchasing a meal today, I remembered why I stopped going. I ordered the seafood rice when I got home with my platter..There was only rice.

Some of the best good eats around here, I get the 1/4 chicken rice and beans and boy is it not only amazing and flavorful but also it doesn't hurt my wallet

One of my favorite places to eat when I'm back in Florida

I order (4) quarter chicken lunch specials (very good in every way)

(1) full rack of ribs (excellent flavor and very tender

(1) Steak dinner, which was tough (not tender)

(1) whole snapper, which was very dry but seasoned well

Great food, great service. Love the sauce bar and great customer service. I had to call my aunt to find out what she wanted and they didn't rush me or brush me off. Even though I should of been more prepared and it was during a lunch rush ! Excellent service. I recommend cooking the chicken a tad bit longer but I notice this is a universal thing.

Went in about 4:30, started to tell the cashier Luz my order, when the phone rang, without even saying excuse me she answered the phone and proceeded to take their lengthy order. No sorry nothing. I ordered my soup which is always good. Customer service sucks.

We dined in. I was with a relative who is from Peru. And has made dishes for us. Unfortunately it's a depressing looking place. We were surprised by the fast food atmosphere. Windows are covered with their advertising. So don't expect to sit at a window table.
The garlic salsa is extremely salty.
The Employees/Staff were the Best part of our dining experience. Thank You

Terrible customer service. My ticket gets pushed aside and done usually 20 minutes or longer after ordering while others who ordered the same exact number one meal as me are served before my order.

The food was very salty, we had the yellow rice and beef and the chicken and yellow rice. Also we were served more onions and peppers than meat by far. Any one dealing with blood pressure beware. Also one bottle of water cost $2.75. Will never patronize again.
