La Natural Ice Cream

I’ve come here a few times with the family. The place is cozy and it’s got a nice environment. We have tried several of the ice cream flavors and the shakes - all were delicious. The tosti ceviche was AMAZING!! The fruit cups were really good as well & I ALWAYS get a cup of horchata and it’s always really good. The esquite was also good. The only thing I haven’t liked so far is the fresas con crema. They only put in a few pieces of strawberries on top of using frozen strawberries (when I bit into it they were still frozen) The service is always really good, the employees are very kind and patient.

Love coming here for a sweet treat!! The hot Cheetos elotes 100/10 ? mangonadas and frescas are so good too!! If you’re in the area, definitely recommend!

My daughter and I come here all the time! This is our favorite ice cream place. They are so kind here and the menu items are all so good! We love the ice cream, milkshakes, and the Agua Fresca flavors are so good! Their crazy shakes are like milkshake works of art. Everything here is quality and the atmosphere is so cute too. ?

I was super excited to come here and when you first walk in it’s actually nicely decorated and clean. The drinks do look like the pictures and they are beautiful. I would have given this place 5 stars but I brought it down to a 3 star because I didn’t like the taste of my drink so I went to the counter to exchange it for something else but the lady told me I would have to purchase a whole new drink. I was really put off by this because I hardly drank my drink and I spent $30 so I felt that good consumer service would have been to exchange. Just make sure whatever you get you like because you won’t be able to get your money back or exchange it for something else!

We stopped in today for our 1st visit to La Natural Ice Cream. Wow! This place is great. Right away, you can tell how clean it is and that the food is fresh! Definitely recommend if you're in the area. There's comfortable seating inside, and you'll enjoy all the bright, vibrant colors everywhere. We'll definitely be back very soon. So I ordered a tostiloco and thought that the pickled pork was onions (I'm a gringa) I even tipped the young lady in there, left, realized it wasn't onions and thought it was fish (I'm pregnant), went back and explained my mistake... didn't even eat it, and she said I'll have to charge you again. Really?
