My kids and I ordered 3 meals about two hours ago. Let me say that I’ve been a customer here for a while. Two of the meals were prepared wrong, I mentioned it and the girl at the counter said “I told her twice and she still made it this way”. Puzzled because you both know it’s wrong yet no one had the decency to change it… Easy fix for sure! From the time we started ordering her demeanor was not pleasant. Honestly, her demeanor is never pleasant but today was the icing on the cake for me. I’ve experienced good service before when the guy and other young ladies are there, never with her. Not to mention, my jerk pork was tough. There has been a few other times that the food wasn’t up to par but because of the service I didn’t make any complaints. You can’t have trash customer service and mediocre food. However, I will not be returning.

The young boy that work the cash register is rude and speaks in a very low tone as if he doesn’t want to speak to people he has no customer service skills, in fact he looks like he doesn’t even want to be there every single time you see him he looks like he want to cry. The food is good, however sometimes it is not the fresh. The last time I went The energy in the restaurant is off depending on who is behind the cash register. Food have good spice sometimes the curry is to salty. Overall because the customer service is crappy I would not eat there again.

Oxtails are amazing, jerk chicken not so good. I'm not a fan of the chunks of chicken used in the meal but I'm willing to try more from here

This was my second and last time going here. The first time I got soup and a large oxtail. I cannot eat rice so I had asked for only cabbage and oxtail. They agreed and it was over $40. This second and last time however I had the opposite experience on all aspects. Mind you the phones were off and I still drove over here to give them business not knowing if they were open or what was going on. I asked about soup and they were out which is fine. I asked for a large oxtail and again asked for no rice and only vegetables. I was met with a rude attitude and look about me not wanting rice. Then was told they couldn’t give me only vegetables. I just said okay. I also got an attitude and look about asking the soup sizes before I was told they were out. I was charged $25. The oxtail was fine, I had gotten way more the last time I was there. There was very little meat on the oxtails. And I had gotten less than before. So in comparison, I was charged more, seemingly scammed the first time if the price was only $25 when before it was over $40 and the only difference from the time before was a soup. Small soup may I add. But I had much better service. The first time I had better portions, specifically oxtail, this time I had rude service, judgmental looks, couldn’t get the same request as before, couldn’t eat half of it because 80%of the plate was rice, worse portions, overall in every aspect except price it was worse. The two times I have went were night and day and they seemingly are not consistent in customer service or food. The lady finally smiled when I gave a generous but not deserved tip though. It will be my last time spending my money there though so she can enjoy it.

First and Last time eating here. I was rooting for them, but there’s just no way my food was this bad and As a Jamaican I’m vex by the oxtail I got. Only seasoning was 10 bottles of browning and nothing else. No taste, no flavor just thick goopy browning and anorexic oxtail. They seemed nice and the portions were decent but this is watered down Jamaican food for the di yankee dem. Not Authentic kmt and I hate bashing businesses but sadly this was my experience

We tried here for the first time and the food was really good. The patties were excellent and fresh and the turkey neck with rice and peas was also good. The employee had no customer service though, as expected in a Caribbean restaurant, so I wasn't that shocked. And the food was pricey in my opinion. $5.99 for a tiny box.
