Lefty's Wings & Grill

A friend and I enjoyed the Chicken and Shrimp Quesadillas last night and they were the best ever. Great service too !

My husband and I have been loyal patrons for 2.5 years. We often order these wings for large parties because my husband loves them. Unfortunately their service leaves something to be desired. Without fail, every single time we order, there is a mistake. Today my husband wanted to order there for a party and I said “Are you sure? They never get it right.” Like clockwork, they messed up the order. I called and spoke to who I assume was the manager who offered for me to drive all the way back to get the correct items I ordered or get a credit. Since I already wasted 30 mins driving back & forth, missing time at my event, I opted for a credit. But now I’m just wanting a refund. He said he would look into it and call me back in 10 minutes, he said “I promise”. So basically their word means nothing and they do not care to make things right. I never got a call back and never got a credit or any other compensation for their continued mistakes. Unfortunately at this point we’ve given them far too many chances and I do not plan on returning. Also want to add, we tried calling around noon to place the order for a 5pm pickup so we would not have to deal with it once we had guests arriving and they told us we needed to call an hour beforehand to place the order. Super annoying.

Our order was forgotten. We stood there waoting for 30 minutes. Getting nothing but "it's on its way," then, a "who are you again", then, a "they are bagging it up right now". Horrible service and poor excuses with no apology!

We tried the medium wings, patty melt, boneless wings, and curly fries we really enjoyed everything food was on point beer was cold and football was on and our server was so sweet we will be back for sure!

Food was very dry and bland. Ordered chicken quesadillas for lunch and literally had to put it back in the pot and add my own spices to it.

One of our favorites, once you try there wings you won’t want them from anywhere else, and the manager Tony is super friendly and always takes time to stop n check how everything came out n chat

Parking: Not enough parking in this busy strip plaza off the Blvd

Kid-friendliness: They have cute lil kid menus along with bubble machines , old school sticker / tattoo push pull machines and a stuffy claw game

Wings are the best. Service was good and atmosphere a bit obnoxious, but we were there on a college football Saturday. Other than that the food is always good.

13 minutes sitting at a bar table before I had any service and that was because I waved someone down. Waitress got a simple order wrong. Sat at my table "after eating and table cleared" another 7+ minutes just waiting for my tab. Sorry Leftys, definitely off your game. I come here almost weekly.

They screwed up my order, we brought it back. They never apologize and went back to the kitchen and threw some nasty sauce on our wings that didn't taste anything like what we ordered. It was horrible I had to dump all of the food. The manager was rude and doesn't need to be in the service industry.

Being a relative newcomer to PSL and sampling various establishments, always brings me back to Lefty's consistent and high quality food, service and atmosphere. Keep doing what you're doing, Lefty's Team and the rewards will continue to be realized. ?

Decently priced and good wings.
Update... Sadly the boneless wings are no longer the best in town... Now they are like sponges like you get from a great food place... Very disappointing. None in would at least are still best in town... Great size and sauce is still great too.
