One of the best Cuban sandwiches we’ve had, they bake their bread fresh everyday and it’s packed with meat. We also had their plantains which were moist, and caramelized! We will definitely be back!! Don’t mind the half eaten sandwich in photo!

Left cuba 10 years ago, this place brings back a lot of memories, the food, the milkshakes, the family oriented atmosphere. Thank you.

Listen when I say that I am an American of Cuban descendant with deep roots to my Cuban culture and it is very hard for me to recommend a Cuban restaurant even in Miami, unless it meets my strict standards, so that should tell you how picky I am about my Cuban food. I moved up to the Port Saint Lucie area 6 months ago and have not found a decent Cuban restaurant until I walked into Lily’s Market Cafe a classic hole in the wall right next to a Mexican restaurant. I wasn’t expecting much until I saw the menu and to my surprise had a large variety of Cuban Pizzas and various Cuban staple dishes seen in every Cuban restaurant. We ordered our food. I ordered the Pollo Al La Plancha with black beans and rice, and my wife who is 150% Cuban born and raised ordered what she would always describe as the best pizza she has ever eaten in her life was a Cuban pizza made in Havana ( which in my mind I would think, better than a New York or Chicago Pizza), the famous pizza Napolitana which she has eaten in other Cuban restaurants in South Florida but was never impressed compared to the pizza in Havana. We got our food and immediately I could smell the spices and aroma of my mother’s kitchen and my food was perfectly cooked and tasted absolutely incredible. I also took a bite of my wife’s pizza and now I can appreciate the taste of what she would always describe as the best pizza ever, and my wife said that this is the closest she has ever come to eating a pizza like the one she used to eat in Havana. Lily’s Market Cafeteria is a treasure of Cuban food in the Treasure Coast. We highly recommend this restaurant.
