Great food ..friendly customers ..the staff seemed over worked and very sgmhort tempered .. it's a pretty loud restaurant..but they do have GREAT FOOD....Parking: It's a big parking lot and it's always PACKED ...Kid-friendliness: As long as the kids stay @ the table and mind there parents / elders . It's a good family friendly environment....

I Ordered online , steaks were over cooked, I called the restaurant they put me on hold waiting for manager, after 30 min no body answer, definitely I will file a claim with my financial institution. When someone place online orders , they expect get the right order or at least a customer services that can help with any issue..Disappointed .
Went to Longhorns today for lunch they had a desent crowd not slammed empty tables, however the service was horrible took a while to come to our table asked the hostess what was wrong we were sitting near the bar was told she had those customers as well it was six (6) single people also a couple of booths they were already eating she should have been able to handle but that was not the case. The burger we order was more rare than medium the fry were not well done never brought the ranch dressing nor mayo never came back to check if everything was ok, the burger had a strange taste so didn’t eat when she was told that her response was “ Oh” picked the plate up and lefted very sarcastic then we asked for a manager and was told that two were on but to busy to talk with us. I must say it was a very disappointing lunch . It’s sad you have no problem taking our money but you have no value on customer service. Not a place I would recommend if you’re looking for good food and service.
