Coke instead of Diet Coke. Forgot the con nuggets but gave me dipping sauces and forgot to give us straws to drink. PEOPLE YOU MUST check your orders because odds are it will be screwed up !!!

Horrible morning management. Cero Customer service and very argumentative, zero work ethic. If you are looking to have a quick breakfast and get to work or a school on time Do not stop by this McDonald’s. They will demand you to go back around to reorder your food after they messed it up.

Every morning I go there for breakfast and they tell me that they’re closed, at 5:15am, six days of wasted gas money going to McDonald’s to get told A place that is 24 seven is closed

Everything i stop in it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get my FAST food for Premium prices. I can get a burger and fries at a sit down resteraunt cheaper, faster, and with a server. It's fast food horrible everything. Ever since they put up the take your own order the employees hide in the back and never check the 10 people waiting. Cracker barrel is right behind I'll go there from now on.

Waited 20 minutes for small French fries. People ordering after me got their food immediately. They had a staff kicking people out immediately after they got their food and overall, everyone was rude. They also tried to not give me my food and held onto the bag so I had to yank it out of their hands because they didn’t believe it was mine. They need to just shut this location down already.

Edit: came back 2/4/25 at 2:02pm and the women in the drive thru handing out the food questioned me on why I got a happy meal. None of your business that’s why! Hand me my food and get back to flipping burgers. Don’t come here for judgement on what I order in a hurry.

They messed up the food. 2 burgers extra onion extra pickles, 2 extra onions nd extra pickles no mustard, And one burger ketchup only. All 5 had mustard.

2 burgers had no onion
All 4 had mustard
And ketchup only ws plain. They all had stickers marking what they were all wrong.

Vegetarian options: Not vegie at all

That was my last time coming to that location next time I’m on lunch I’ll take the extra five minutes and go to the one on gatlin instead. The first time I went here there was a hair in my Big Mac, I decided not to say anything but I took a break from this location then yesterday I went here again and they gave me a flimsy half slice of cheese on this filet o fish. And not to mention the immature, childish kids working in the drive thru.

Been supporting this place since i was a kid and the quality has been a steady decline but this was the last straw. Went at night, saw a car in drive through so I thought I'd stop by for a quick bite. Nothing from the intercom so I went around the car ahead pulled off, waited by the window nothing, so I go back to the intercom, nothing, so I go back to the window and finally that kid with the short twist dreads comes up to the window and say "we aren't taking outside orders" ( I just saw someone go through drive thru). I ask why doesn't he let people know who are in the drive through. He just responded with "i don't know about that" and slammed the window closed and turned his ear with his airpod in towards me and acted like I wasn't there. That kid is ruining your late night business, thats why the wait is always long and the food is terrible because people like him in charge think they can get by with minnimum effort. Not only that but my friends (females) have stopped going there as well because the same employee (maybe manager even) made advances on them and creeped them all out when they just wanted some food.
So unless you like waiting long times for subpar food while getting disrespected or harassed by the staff this is the McDonald's for you!
All my late night munchie money now goes to taco bell just down the road and they are 10× better with the food and service.

This store specifically has ruined my trust in delivery with McDonald's. This is the fourth time they have forgotten or replaced the items from my order. I ordered a frappe and a iced coffee and they gave me a small ORANGE JUICE. I don't know how you can mess up so blatantly and not to expect to be called out on it. Worst McDonald's in port st lucie.
