This place is a total disaster. Every time my family and I come here we're in line for at least 20 minutes before we even get to order, and with that long wait you would think that the order would be perfect, but no. Today three of us went there and ordered A MC griddle, A bagel steak burger, A sausage mc muffin, and these were supposed to come with 3 hash browns. We also got 2 vanilla iced coffees and a frappé. When we got our food, we were met with the mc griddle and the bagel steak burger. We got our drinks but we were missing half of our order. One of us was left with no food and the vanilla iced coffees had no cream and no sugar. It was absolutely disgusting. I honestly don't know how this mc donalds is still in business with all of these mistakes.

Took my granddaughter for the lobby experience. We entered to a smoke haze of 5 teenagers vaping freely in the restaurant. We were also exposed to vulgar racial language without not one manager policing the lobby. Horrendous management and owners that only care for the bottom line. Taking this to social media because it’s wrong to put greed over integrity.

Was waiting for over 30 minutes to be helped manager and was looking at me and didn’t ask if i needed anything

The guy working the window at 12:45 pm was great. First time I've come here and gotten great service

Used mobile order, waited 30 minutes in drive through in the world's slowest drive through, staff were oblivious and flat out rude. If it was possible to give zero stars then this McDonalds would be a consistent zero

This place ridiculous service time issues. The drive thru is so backed up and people continuously are leaving because no one takes orders in the timely fashion. Most the staff are pretty much kids with no manners either

This place is absolutely horrible. I wish they just had a better staff management something because every time I come here either they pull me up to the line in order to try to keep downer drive-through time or my order is completely incorrect. I remember going here one day and the gentleman got my foodand he just took it back inside and I’m pretty sure they were gonna just give me my food after he had had it in his vehicle zero stars if I could give it.

The worst location I have ever been to. Manager was so not helpful and had no idea what is going on with the staff and store. I place a mobile order and says she couldn't find it to cancel and the front counter staff had my order the whole time. This is after being there for 45minutes the whole time for an oder that was placed at 930am took over an hour just to get our food. Horrible experience

Damn Big Mac was inedible the fry’s were hard and cold and over cooked and crusted with salt the ice coffee has no ice the chicken nuggets were hard enough to break concrete and the only good thing was a mcchicken I tried to feed the rest to the dog and he barked at it and the kids were stealing food from other little kids outside food and drinks and just horrible atmosphere overall worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too

This McDonald’s takes 15 minutes (not exaggerating) every single time I come here even when there is no one in the line at the speaker. That’s the only reason I tried coming again today. I asked if something is broken there and he said no we have a lot of cars. What on earth. Going inside is even worse wait and they don’t announce your name. So you heck for 15 minutes and then don’t know it’s there. They don’t bother caring about the table number you’re supposed to use. They just put it at the counter and leave it
