Unbelievable—so many people working in the back, and they still messed up a simple online order. I waited 15 minutes and had to go track it down myself.

Mistake orders multiple times, they close way before supposed to?? They say theyre 24 hrs but they close the whole store at 10-11 pm. The waiting period is actually unbelievable too I’ve waited 30 plus minutes just for them to let me pay at the counter. Above an hour for food itself

Never gets the order right and food is cold most of the time you go thru the drive and they send you go intoa parking and wait for them to bring it the car which makes no sense when you need to get in and out

They constantly get orders wrong and are proficient in wasting your time. Had to wait 10 minutes for an order of just 2 small plain hamburgers. Staff & managers are very rude and dismissive. I've decided to STOP going there.

They gave me an expired milkshake. If their machine is ever even working, the milkshakes never come out normal.

Walked in for once instead of drive thru because i had a nice slow morning, and it seemed like this mcdonald’s did too! Absolutely dead inside, no lie, literally ONE other person waiting. Stood for 15 minutes as the employees made eye contact and laughing amongst themselves at us as if it was a highschool cafeteria. Insane right, why am i having a highschool experience at a mcdonald’s lol. Never again<3 yall suckkkkkkkuuuh

They take at least 20 minutes every time through drive through, also the drive through screen never shows what they are hitting and always mess up and I have to go in and have them fix it which takes even longer, seems like they are more focused on delivery orders than the people in the actual restaurant. Not a good experience I try to go to other ones but live closest to this one

Update: There are always problems with orders placed through the app. They can’t find my order even though I’ve already paid, and I end up having to go inside to get it. My orders are always simple because my daughter only eats fries, usually just two or three items, so it’s unbelievable how often mistakes happen.

Today, I went through the drive-thru and was told to wait outside for a large fries. They never brought them out, and I had to go inside to look for them myself. When I explained the situation to the employee, no one seemed to know what I was talking about.

I understand that employees can make mistakes, but having to go inside after placing my order and being treated like they don’t know what I’m talking about is frustrating. If I’ve paid, I expect to receive my order, especially after already waiting 30 minutes. Please pay more attention to customers, especially those ordering through the app. There are plenty of employees in the store, yet things still seem disorganized.
