It is not the first time that that location does not have the order

10/10 warm cookies unlike the one on us1 by the mall.

This location never seems to have anything, they can never seem to get an order right, the workers don’t listen nor do they seem to care.

Despite the fact of calling out to an employee twice, she pretended not to see me and look the other way.
Both soap dispensers in the ladies room were empty. How are employees properly washing their hands before returning to work in food preparation?

I am very disapointed it's christmas night at 1030pm sign on doors stating open 24hrs christmas day, people packed inside and we were refused Service and was told "we are closed."

I am writing this review on Christmas because my god this was definitely not making anyone jolly. My brother and I walked in for some food later in the day and it was relatively busy. I understand that the staff were most likely understaffed and all, however, just upon ordering our food and waiting for 15+ mins at the counter. The staff never came up to take our cash, like the manager and other staff looked at us both... c'mon now.

This normally wouldn't be worth a bad review because I respect the hell out of fast food employees, but this isn't even our first negative experience at this particular McDonalds. This restaurant needs some serious work.

So I went here because I was informed the Pokemon Happy Meals were being sold at McDonalds. I specifically asked for the Pokemon themed Haply Meal and asked if it was in stock. The cashier told me it was and rang me up (I was in the the Drive thru area so I couldn’t actually see anything). The cashier told me they were out of fries so I asked if there was anything they were going to sub the fries with that came in the Happy Meal. He said no. I said whatever and asked if they could include something else as a sub if I did a 90 cent up charge and he agreed. I got to the window and when I received my food, I noticed that it wasn’t the pokemon boxes. I asked the girl for the Pokemon themed box and she stated that they’d had it before but right now it’s just Sonic. Mind you the menu clearly shows one of the pokemon themed boxes. There was a line behind me and I am not one to hold everyone up. I am also not someone who gets McDonald’s regularly so I’m too frustrated to ask for a return because I wanted something specific. So I get out of the line and then open my Meals and notice that they didn’t even sub the fries with anything. So not only did I pay for something I didn’t want, I overpaid for what I got. This place does not care and I am horribly disappointed. Thanks McDonalds for my Unhappy Meals.

Used to have an outdoor play area. Now is remodeled and sad.

When going to the drive-thru go on the left side., I was on the right side and it took them four cars before they even acknowledged me. And that was me after I started talking to the microphone asking if anyone's going to serve me or should I just pull around

I order from the app all the time. I never have an issue with the way food comes out. Today was horrible! I got my son a sweet tea. Good thing I checked it before I gave it to him. It was dark in color. Smelled weird. And tasted like chemicals!(yes I tried it) So upset wish I could get it tested. Please make sure your machines are ok!!! It happened today at this location. Also today’s fries tasted like they were warmed up in a microwave. You can see on my app I order McDonald’s ALOT mostly from this location. I have never had a issue with your tea or fries EVER till today 😭😭

If this place wasn't so convenient to my location, I'd never go there. More often than not, they do a poor job with my order.
