I think Jonathan was the manager. Despite what I can only assume was being understaffed he did his best to help me and when most employees checkout he was engaging and as helpful as he could be. This chain sucks in spite of its employees. The employees are great and whomever owns this franchise should be chastised.

Workers were very nice and food was hot and fresh but there were some disrupting customers that made the atmosphere unpleasant even with police being called. To be honest this isn't mcdonalds fault but hopefully things will get better

There's always something they don't have. The service is not bad there's many people that have been working at the same store for ever so they get to know the customers amd that's really cool. But the store itself is always missing something. Like the coffee machine is not working or the toys for the happy meals are sold out and that needs to get improved because how you explain the kids you didn't got the happy meal toy?
