The management had her face mask off yelling at me and my husband saying we needed to get out of the store. she said she couldn't serve us without our face mask, which I understand, however she didn't have hers on and nor did half of the staff. me and my husband had left our mask behind on accident and the drive through was going really slow, thats the only reason we went inside. she was cussing and yelling at her staff as well. an employee of McDonald's (not sure if that one)...read full review
McDonald's could improve its customer service by not making fun of someone's race! not threatening my life multiple times in front of my children. when an order is not correct simply giving the customer the food that they paid for. I would have asked for the manager. unfortunately the manager is the individual that threatened my life, refused to give me the food that I paid for even though I had the receipt. and proceeded to make fun of my race, stating that because of my ethnicity...read full review
