I made an online order and went inside. It didnt give me the option to choose where to go but it had drive thru. The lady at the counter made me go thru drive thru (which took 5 min to get thru). Then I told the guy my code. Went to the 1st window the guy was on his phone. Went to the 2nd window, that guy only gave me 1 spoon when I ordered 2 deserts. This was at 8:25p.

They were quick with the service but then I had to go back in because I received the wrong sandwich’s after I opened them the manager put them back out for customers she didn’t throw them away. I received my correct sandwich’s but the chicken on the biscuit was so dried out and almost look like it was burnt disgusting

30 minutes of standing waiting for food, somebody came to the counter to ask us for our order. I mean, while we had ordered on the kiosk 30 minutes. Prior Four people come in with the wrong orders. Four people that ordered after me on my kiosk, got their food. Ask the person where my food was. They looked at me like I had 15 eyes. Then, asked me what my order was. Which I proceeded to tell them, I order 2 minutes later. They came and gave me a soda and I said, where's the rest of my food and they looked at me again? Like I had 15 eyes Then, they brought me my food, and it looked like they took the whole jar of Mayonnaise and smeared it on top of it. 3 other people came over and their orders were all messed up. It was a very bad experience. I don't think the five people that were working. The front food stand spoke or read English. Because everybody's order was incorrect.

If you don't mind waiting 25 minutes to be acknowledged another 45 minutes to get your food and to have to go back to get your food replaced that they got wrong this is the perfect place for you

I had multiple times issue with this mcdonald. But today takes the cake. I order the two cheeseburger meal without pickles and onions and I get both cheeseburger with pickles and under the cheese a slice of bacon on it. Sorry I don't like bacon on my cheeseburger. Last time was a big mac meal and instead of Mac sauce it had mustard and ketchup. The staff has attitude every time you speak up. Get better staff or management.
This location still takes peoples orders and doesn't force kiosks! great customer service! staff is friendly, and the food is hot, accurate, and fresh

I ordered 4 medium fries. They were stale and cold. I drive right back around to let them know that the fries were not edible. They told me to pull to the second window to get fresh ones. I get to the window and the associates look lost and ask the manager what to do. She also looked confused and asked why we wanted another set of fries but fresh. We were told to pull into a spot and wait, they came about 8 mins later with warmer fries but obviously not fresh. They redipped our fries, upgraded them to large and kept the original fries on the bottom.

Horrible service! If the corporate or franchisee entity would know how they operated on 8/27/25 between 2:00am - 4:00am, they would watch out more who they hire. They missed every single instruction on my order. They were rude and disrespectful when I called to ask what happened. With that attitude and skills they are not getting anywhere in life. As this night team represented MCDONALDS during my transaction I consider the business had stole from me until they don’t fix the error and refund me for all the items missing and for the ineptitude to send me an uncooked meal (proteins) when I ordered fully cooked items to prevent any health concerns. Beyond dissatisfaction.. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES!!!!!
