Always busy, even when not the service is terrible, arguing in the kitchen, once waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for a Big Mac and when I though ordering inside would be faster I’ve been waiting 45, don’t come here really slow mobile orders are almost always messed up aswell and it will take long to ask for whatever they messed up to be fixed

This McDonald’s has terrible service. The drive-thru is extremely slow, you can wait 30 minutes or more and they don’t seem to care. There are long lines of cars and the employees inside take their sweet time. Even in the dining room, they don’t take your order. People are standing there waiting and the workers act like it doesn’t matter. I ordered a smoothie in the drive-thru, then went inside because it was taking forever. I waited over 10 minutes just for someone to even acknowledge me, and after more than 10 minutes they finally gave me the smoothie. I also saw one of the employees (old lad) putting a hash brown into a bag with her bare hands..no gloves at all. She looked like a supervisor or manager. Honestly, this place is a disaster and the service keeps getting worse every time.

I visit Macs about every 18 months for my Big Mac craving. Walked inside this location mainly due to the 15 car drive through line and found the lobby to be very unwelcomimg. Trash falling out of every container, staff in the back BS'ing, and obviously short staffed. Young lady brought my meal and I asked if she was the mgr...she was the supervisor and the manger had just left. I mentioned that someone really should take some pride in their work and clean out the trash that was all over. She got a little defensive and said I was being disrespectful when I found out the mgr had left and walked right past all the trash. Not anyone I'd want working for me. I owned 11 franchise locations with 125 employees so I have a little experience with this. If owner would like to discuss I'm happy to talk. I'm not filling out forms.

Worst McDonald’s ever, place just decides whenever they want to just stop taking orders and not tell anyone this happens multiple times a week. They get to busy and apparently think they can just not work anymore. Obviously no manager on site employees are horrendous. Don’t waste your time. Garbage McDonald’s.

Drive thru didn't go in but accessible from hotels and main road. Breakfast was today's stop. Once past the speaker it was smooth sailing. Try using the app to order ahead and things go quickly. Breakfast was meh this time but coffee was spot on.

Not gonna lie, the food was solid — classic McDonald’s taste, can’t complain too much there. But everything else? Rough. Service felt like I walked in during a staff meeting about quitting. Took forever, and the vibe was straight up depressing. Floor was dirty, nobody smiled, and the energy was just… off. I was just tryna get some nuggets, not question my life choices. Wouldn’t come back to this location unless I had absolutely no other option.

Entered order at kiosk and paid receipt shows the time of payment was 1153 am.I waited until 1212pm to receive my order despite speaking with a McD associate 3 times.It looked like drive through,deliveries and app orders all were put up before kiosk orders.It was lunch time.I was told the wait time was so long because of the quarter pounders. So don't use the kiosk .

Pulled into the drive-thru and heard another person getting mad that he had been there for so long. The employee responded by saying he was "gonna have to wait". When she finally took his order she never came back to take mine. I sat there for almost 15 minutes before leaving. There were about 6 cars behind me all waiting at this point. Bunch of BS
