This is the most poorly operated fast food restaurant in PSL. Every single time I’ve been there in the last year, it’s been a mess. And the managers seem to be clueless & incompetent.

Entered order at kiosk and paid receipt shows the time of payment was 1153 am.I waited until 1212pm to receive my order despite speaking with a McD associate 3 times.It looked like drive through,deliveries and app orders all were put up before kiosk orders.It was lunch time.I was told the wait time was so long because of the quarter pounders. So don't use the kiosk .

Pulled into the drive-thru and heard another person getting mad that he had been there for so long. The employee responded by saying he was "gonna have to wait". When she finally took his order she never came back to take mine. I sat there for almost 15 minutes before leaving. There were about 6 cars behind me all waiting at this point. Bunch of BS

I was waiting like 20 min before someone decided to come over to me and said that we not take orders right now only drive tru. This people was just talking to each other and don't care about clients at all. I felt so not welcome and Mist treated.

I usually have a good experience when I eat here, but lately, things have been off. It seems like every time I come around this time, (2-4:30pm) it’s the same staff doing the same things. First, at the speaker, there’s no greeting and a noticeable attitude when taking my order. Then, at the second window, there's still no greeting—just food handed out. This time, I ordered nuggets with sweet-and-sour sauce, but didn’t receive it when I got to the window. I had already waited about 15 minutes in line, and this issue with missing sauces, along with the lack of friendliness, seems to be a recurring problem.
I don’t mind spending my money here, but it’s frustrating when the service and food quality aren’t up to par. My fries were cold, and I also remembered that the last time I came thru the drive thru I ordered a drink with extra EXTRA ice. I got the drink, but there were just a few cubes in a couple of cups. :)
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it can be addressed and improved. This shift really needs some retraining.

Hands down the WOREST SERVICE I have EVER HAD. The drive tru was packed as usual. So I went in. Ordered a kids meal with an extra fry. 17min later after complaining n asking for a refund I got my food. If you get your food in 15 to 20 mins that's unacceptable. It's fast food.. NO JOKE 15MIN minimum. It's Not Carrabba's. I've had better n FASTER service there. If I was the owner I'd do something about it NOW!! I own my business. We don't do food. But organization is organization and this place has none.
Parking: They are in a GOLD MINE location. They could be doing SOOOOOOOO MUCH MORE volume of business
They did not give me the apple slices I ordered OR THE TOY???? Who gives a kid a happy meal without a TOY??? Now my kid is crying. Bad service all around!

Terrible. Every time I have tried to get breakfast in the last 4 months they say their system is down or that they are not serving breakfast at 5:00 am. Worst staff of any McDonald’s I have been to.

I called before coming and got no answer, the store says 24/7 you don’t know who has to go to work, school, anything. Ive been sitting in this drive thru for 15 mins not even a “we’re not ready” or anything and there’s staff cars here but no one’s around just lights on.

This was the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Arrived at 10:30pm, Sat in drive through for 15 minutes. With 6 cars in front of me. No movement. Went inside to see what was going on. I see 3 people talking and not working all acknowledging me and choosing to ignore me. 1 employee said "Thank God I'm off the clock so I don't have to deal with this shit" so he's off the clock but they're all back there talking instead of helping the 7 cars in line waiting. Proceeded to go back into the drive through just to finally make it to the window after 12 more minutes and got stopped 3 times. Finally just gave up. I will never return to this establishment.
