Worst freakin restaurant in st lucie county the short white manager has the line backed all the way up for 20+ mins not taking any orders at all, and i went inside to see whats going on and he was just sitting on his phone with airpods in and not taking any orders in the lobby either and making everyone use the kiosk. i understand the restaurant can be understaffed sometimes late at night but DO BETTER ??if you want food fast and hot go to prima vista McDonalds they are more organized i got my food i my less than 4mins. Slw McDonalds if full of kids and and lazy people doing the bare minimum.

I had order a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle I had received a crispy McGriddle which was the wrong sandwich and I had order a Carmel frappe and the cup had a leak on the side because when I had received my food from DoorDash open the bag the Carmel was every where in the bag and the hash browns was not cook all the way they was so nasty just terrible

The employees working at 10:05 pm on 4/11/2023 needs to be trained and have customer skills or look elsewhere for work. Service here totally uncalled for and the rudeness is unacceptable. I will definitely think twice before ever returning to this location when traveling , Most likely won’t, this is twice that I have ever been to this location with attitudes from workers.. I would never keep employees like this in my location.Management needs to evaluate their operations here at all hours.

Manager that assisted me was very nice and personable. However, though the order was entered correctly, the final product was missing items and the order had been take-out. I have been promised a remake on a future visit, but who knows whether that will be honored.

Ordered apple pies Waited more than half an hour to the point, I asked the cashier back for my money, no one should ever have to wait almost an hour for apple pies or an order in general. Also, the manager needs to be retrained because She has no clue Or idea how to deal with the public and I was not going to deal with Stupid her name is Rachel, also the store was dirty. garbage on the floor and it smelt like somebody Did number two in the eating area The tables were filthy, and after seeing all that mess and literally seeing one of The workers spill strawberry milkshake all over the floor, and someone else had to clean it up After 10 minutes that’s nasty.the cashier refused to give me back my money so I left the receipt on the counter and told her she can keep the money I was not going to argue with somebody for less than $10. Because that couldn’t buy a can of food for my dog. That was my Second and last time in almost 8 years, after I walked out people left Behind me because they were sick and tied of waiting for their meals. I wasn’t buying meals. I was only purchasing apple pies for my breakfast My neighbor ran back and took the apple pies. I told her enjoy them. I wouldn’t be eating anything from McDonald’s after that incident also, there were so many people working behind the counter in the kitchen, and all of them seem like they had no clue what they were doing They all need retraining, to be honest. unfortunately, the store is filled with young people that are clueless and needs to fully educated, on what the hospitality industry brings, I felt like I was in a dream dealing with wild animals, and I couldn’t escape the craziness, all the managers that were there their clueless on how to deal with customers and the public. Unfortunately, I saw customers young teenagers, swearing, carrying on like they were crazy and the managers weren’t any better. The workers weren’t any better that’s one place I will never return to if I could give the store a zero I would because That’s what they’re worth.

I went to this location I placed my order a Mc Flurry I waited 30 mins and they said our machine is not working every time you go there it's not working so I told them ya'll need to put up a sign stating the ice cream machine is no longer working and they are disrespectful.
Whenever the Spanish lady works who was working the window today 3/22 works she too lazy to go grab the hot salsa so she gives me mild. She sets the tone. Hashbrowns were cold and soggy tasted like a wet sponge.breakfast Burritos stuck to paper most the tortilla wripped off opening it . The only thing good was the orange juice. We come 3x a week for breakfast 2days ago was so good then here she is again rude,lazy,and the food is all soggy . Over it. Get consistentCy
