We did not get any compliments we asked for sauce for the nuggets did not get no ketchup they brought the bag to us twice as if they didn't know what someone had ordered I told them but the service was horrible

First visit to a McDonalds in years. We went because we had our grandson and it was his choice. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and good for what it is. Though I feel for the loss of jobs with the added kiosks, it was much more efficient and quick.

Best experience at a McDonald's that I've had in ages, food was just how we ordered it , the kids wanted special orders, and the employees were kind and best of all the fries were nice and hot, I recommend this mod always

I'm convinced that if you ordered a small coke with no ice while they were completely empty they'd still have you pull into a waiting spot, then they'd bring out 3 orders to people who arrived after you before giving you yours. Update, I mistakenly have come here again after about 2 months, it's empty, and it's just as bad as ever, a mcdouble and coke and I'm waiting in a spot...

I only will go to 3 different mcdonald in psl and this one is ranked #1 food always hot and fresh, #2 tradtion, #3 psl blvd....now the one on st.lucie west blvd you couldn't pay me to go to...service is beyond horrific they literally never get your order right and they are so slow

Everytime I decide to give this location a chance it never fails to disappoint. Wait times for a simple order are ridiculous. Having people park to keep your "drive thru speed time at a good rate" is not how that is supposed to work. Half the time my order is wrong. They consistently change the breakfast hours, why would you not serve breakfast at 3am? But you would the last two months. Seems like it depends on who's working that day. Nonetheless, never very happy and will probably not go back to this location

Terrible. I waited 15 minutes for a happy meal. Drive thru backed up. Having everyone park in the same 3 spots. 10 cars waiting and causing traffic jam in parking lot and no one is actually getting food from the drive thru.
