Sharing my daughters review: "First off, there was a woman that was supposed to be working yet she talking to her nephew... my order was then SKIPPED and went I went to ask about it the manager was argumentative INSTEAD of just apologizing, I work in the customer service industry and this wouldve gotten me fired!!! I just want a water, ordered 4 of them at the kiosk different times cause sometimes they don't acknowledge you at the register. at the 4th order of water, they told me I gotta buy something even tho I have done this multiple times at this location and others without any problems. people here are stupid...

Placed mobile order 1:30pm. Arrived at drive through at 1:50pm. Told to go park after sitting in line for 25 minutes. Food brought to my car at 2:37. Never again.
McDonald's will forever be a 1 star for me. They don't care much about customer service. Treating people fairly. Or making sure your order is correct. Go to any other "fast food" restaurant besides Arby's.
