This location will NEVER give you the entire order. It's ridiculous. Every time I come here or order delivery, something is missing. Edit 8/6 - Ordered delivery and they didn't include sauce for the nugget happy meals. Edit 8/13 - All sodas were diet instead of regular. Edit 8/18 - Ordered again by delivery. Happy Meals were missing toys. Edit 11/20 - Delivery order for 10 piece nuggets. Got a drink, fries, and sauce but no nuggets. Edit 11/29 - Mobile order picked up at drive thru. No sauce for adult meals or happy meals.

I just got McNuggets from here and two different nuggets had rubbery pieces of uncooked chicken in them. The first one I noticed as I was chewing, I gave the benefit of the doubt because not every nugget is going to be a Michelin star situation. But when I found it in a second nugget that was just too gross for me and a waste of a meal and money. Not sure if this is you guys not cooking them enough or you get sent a bad batch, but thatās disgusting. Wonāt be coming back here

I feel bad that I didnāt catch his name but the Asian dude thatās running the night time shift is absolutely awesome!! Seriously, fastest service and hottest food Iāve gotten from McDanks this late at night.

Most entitled & rude employees ever at a drive-thru. I ordered a meal. One. Meal. No one behind me & the woman at the 2nd window hands me my drink & asks me to pull forward so they can bring my meal out to me. I refused & explained that every single time I do this anywhere, Iām forced to wait 10+ mins while everyone else pulls away with their order. She says itāll take a few mins, I said thatās fine I am not pulling forward. She brings the manager over, who is clearly under the impression that she can change my mind by wearing a different shirt. I again refused to leave the window without my food & was given attitude & called a ānasty personā as she handed me my food bag (which did NOT take an extraordinary amount of time). This is a perfect example of why fast food chains are struggling. This type of service paired with $15 for a burger & fries is an absolute disaster. Whoever owns this location needs to do some housecleaning with their staff. Iām not EVER going to move out of your lineās way again, so figure out how to actually fulfill orders in the order theyāre received instead of at your damn leisure.
