“ordered 2 entree’s to go, waited on hold for close to 10 minutes, picked up food and after getting home realized they didn’t give me everything I ordered, called and was placed on hold again, after explaining they left items out that was part of my order they told me to come back and they will give me what was missing, I explained if I drive back, I will return my orders and want want them remade correctly, she said said they would not do that, and told me there was no manager working and hung up the phone. The person I spoke with was named Maddison. Poor customer service skills and wont return. The owners need to train their staff much more appropriate when it comes to customer service.“
