Friendly and welcoming staff. My only problem was a staff member touching his nose with his gloves on, however someone else finished my burrito before he could contaminate it. I'm not sure if the other staff caught what I saw or not but I was lucky and still enjoyed the burrito. The price is a tad bit more than worth it though.

My wife and I eat there an average of once a week. My grandson eats there an average of twice a week. Service is always excellent. The food is always excellent all the way around. I have to give them a 5 star rating. I've always greeted with smiles. And they accommodate us in every given way that we could want.

I tried this place because I was charging my Tesla and as soon as I walked in noticed the place is gross, dirty as hell. Windows dirty, the bathroom is disputing, if the front is dirty I just imagine how the kitchen would be. Hopefully the manager would see this and clean the place up.

Called to ask a question and an irritated old man came to the phone asking in a rude tone “why am I calling here”. This is why chipotle better.

Ordered two bowls and a few other things for delivery through Uber Eats today. Everything was great. Wife's bowl spot on, chips queso and everything else spot on. I get to my bowl get 3 bites in and had hair in 2 of the 3 bites. Went to refund the food and it was denied.

Hopefully this was not their "A-Game". Food tasted fine, but the rest left something to be desired. Ordered online and they missed the promised time that they provided by 10ijites late. Ordered a quesadilla with Chios, but got handed a burrito with chips. Mistake was caught prior to departure, but cannot say I was impressed.

I’m so disappointed. Moes used to be 100x better than chipotle but whatever new owners or what happened it’s straight trash now. I went a couple years back when they first got new owners and it was bad so I figured if they’re still open that it might have improved after a couple years. It’s the opposite. The food is cold. Has a perfumey aftertaste and the steak doesnt even seem like beef. The beans are as if they came straight out of a can and put in the bowl. No seasoning no sauce just hard cold beans. Lettuce is rotten and wilted. I’m genuinely upset because it used to be so good.

The quality of food in this restaurant has decreased so much since the last time I've eaten there which was actually a few years ago. The friendly lively "welcome to Moe's" greeting was gone for me but extremely weak as I sat to eat and heard them say it to 1 person that walked in. The atmosphere was dull. However, the food was what made me decide I'd never eat there again. It was expensive (which everything is) but for the price the flavor just wasn't there and I couldn't help comparing it to chipotle and wish I'd gone there instead.
