One of the best steaks we've ever had (shared a 48 ounce porterhouse)- done perfectly (Pittsburgh medium rare). The sides were amazing: Brussels sprouts and au gratin potatoes. We stopped ourselves from finishing dinner so that we could share the goat cheese cheesecake and an espresso martini. Our server was also wonderful and attentive without being in our faces. We will be back.

We booked a reservation and let the staff know I'm the comments that we were celebrating a birthday. We also told the manager when he came by to check on us. No mention or recognition was given to our girl who was celebrating her 16th birthday Pretty disappointed

We have been there several times and everything was top notch, always consistent in service, food was cooked to perfection, ambiance was exquisite, and our server Amanda was professional, attentive, and accommodating. The goat cheese , cheese cake was the bomb.

As usual, the experience was excellent. Things were quiet on a Sunday night, so tables were getting lots of attention. I tried, for the first time, a filet mignon prepared rare. The waitress told the chef that I was experimenting with the cooler temp. Chef said not to worry, I'll prepare it perfectly. And she did! Remember, no corkage fee for the first bottle.

Top notch service as always! Colleen is just off the charts in taking care of her customers. The food was well prepared. Love the Serrano wrapped pears, and wedge salad. The pork chop and chicken was very tasty. A bonus was chatting with the terrific officers that protect our city who were there for “tip a cop” to support the special Olympics. An excellent evening as always!

Three is us had the Prime Rib Sunday special another person had a steak entree. Food was excellent. The service was just ok, had better at this restaurant. Server was going to do an up charge on an item and comp a dessert for a birthday guest, neither happened. Charged full price for both items. Did not bother to challenge it due to the slowness of the service. Things we ordered were not prepared as we ordered. Too many people appeared to handle certain aspects of our meal.

Tonight we had the pleasure of dining at Oak and Ember on Becker Street in Port Saint Lucie. It did not disappoint! The atmosphere was elegant and the staff was very attentive. We were served by the same waitress that served us last year! We not only remembered Amanda, but she remembered us as well! She was very sweet and helpful with the menu. We frequently dine at Kyle G's restaurants and they are all amazing! Terry T

Hii! Me again! We were going to do three Kyle G restaurants this weekend but had a last minute change yesterday. Today we decided on Oak and Ember. We tried to get a reservation at Prime but they were packed! (As expected)But anyway back to the birthday tour. Today's food was phenomenal. We started with the shrimp cocktail, and I have never seen bigger shrimp in my life.My son and I both haf the strip and Mac n cheese, while my gf had the waygu potatoes Au gratin. I also added a scallop the side. The portions were soo big. No one ate all their food!We also had Creme Brule, tiramisu, and cheesecake! All of these were Devine. Our service unfortunately was definitely subpar compared to the other Kyle G restaurants. We waited until this meal to tell the server it was my birthday as it was the closest to my actual day. She asked the table next to us if they were celebrating, but not us. She also did not offer us the special. My son was disappointed as lobster is his favorite. She also joked about the temp my gf ordered her steak at. For some reason she was super attentive to the table next to us but not us at all. We also didn't get warm towels like we did a few days ago at Oyster Bar.Overall the meal was amazing and I cannot wait to go to Prime.

The food was okay, but I was expecting a little more being that it is a Kyle G restaurant. I have been to his other restaurants and was a little disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't what I was expecting. I ordered the tomahawk steak, and it was bland and very fatty. When you pay $155 for a steak you expect it to be exceptional instead of just mediocre. The reception was professional and the staff pleasant; it was just the food that was underwhelming. Maybe we caught them on an off night, but I probably won't be going back.

Steaks were not cooked the way they were ordered. Baked potato was cold so the frozen butter did not melt. The potatoes had no flavour at all. Their was an obnoxious table sitting not to far from us so that added to the bad meal When I'm paying that kind of money for a steak it should be cooked properly to the correct temperature. We will not be back, not impressed. Over priced and I've had better steaks for alot less.

Service was not up to Kyle Gs standards. Ordered 5 six ounce filets ++++ and a ten ounce filet that arrived 10 minutes later. Waitress was not attentive although left 25% tip. Dining experience was not worth $700.00

The food and the ambience were excellent. The waitress was good. She tended to all our needs, however, never smiled. We were supposed to get a birthday cupcake, that was the reason for the dinner, but never got it. I was a little disappointed in that because I was looking forward to surprising my husband.
