I came in tonight 2/23/2025 with my wife on a date night! I ordered the medium 18oz Bone In Rib Eye! The first Steak that came to the table was 12 oz at best and was, dry as a pierce a of leather and very well done with any red to be seen! I refused to accept this meal and promptly sent it back! The second steak that came to the table was barely med well and also with out any juices at all! I returned this one also and asked for it to be taken off my bill which was done! One would think that a manager would have made an appearance after not one but two of their quality steaks were returned to the kitchen and rightly so but no-one showed up! I’m wondering if Outback Steal House has accepted that their business has reached this level is sub- Par quality! The wait staff were exceptional!!

I don’t normally do this, because I work in biz, however I went to this location at 9:30 and they close at 11pm. I sat in my car for 5 mins and watch multiple guest left immediately after walking in I thought they were close. When I went in the and the host told me that they are not allowed to sit any guest because the kitchen is so backed up. I asked is she sure because the restaurant is was empty she said yes It will be an hour and a half. This is just disappointing, this was my first time at this location and I was highly disappointed. I eventually left and went to Carrabbas. I don’t know what’s happening at this location but am sure this is not an Outback standard. Whoever the JVP is need to look into this. Just sad.

Order often from this store and have had some poor experiences. For the third time in the last two years the order was not entered into the system! Asked for a manager and she rudely insisted on seeing my phone to make sure I called the correct store … I provided time stamp in the call log…. She did not apologize and stated we will make it now and give you 50% off ….What a joke

Hello I enjoy the service because we were served with a smile and with respect!
The food was ok because it was overdone and looks ok.
I think Outback needs to step it up to be great and not ok with the meals. I have been to your store 3 separate times and the same times the food was overdone and ok. I ordered the steak and shrimp and didn't complain because of the server. So you need to elevate your meals and presentation to be excellent instead of being ok in my book. I want to see all business in my community to be successful and stay open. This is just my suggestion and not to be cruel. Thank you

Had a very nice New Years eve dinner. The steaks were perfectly cooked and tender. We shared a slice of cheesecake with raspberry sauce for dessert, great!

Parking: When busy, the parking can be a ways from the entrance.

Went right in the garbage. This is the so called Kingsland Pasta. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog.
