I just went to the tradition Location and experienced one coworker named Derek Yelling at his coworker and I asked the young lady that he yelled at if that was her manager and she said no. it was just really unprofessional.

Her customer service energy is welcoming and refreshing as someone who also deals in customer service. She was funny, kind, and upbeat even working at a chained fast food restaurant which you do not see often. She deserves to be shouted out and praised by her managers. Give that queen a raise

The food is always fantastic, but one of the employees today was extremely rude. They forgot some shrimp I had paid for, so I went back to complain. They checked the security camera footage and it says they packed them... the shrimp never arrived at my house... and that's the truth. He treated me very badly. I'm not very happy because he ruined my lunch for that reason, and unfortunately, I won't be back.

I went through the drive thru and ordered mushroom chicken. I had to wait on the chicken. The lady who took my order was kind and attentive. The food was absolutely awful. It was not cooked all of the way, the broccoli was raw, the chicken was chewy and the mushrooms were expired.
It was absolutely awful and disappointing.

Every time you order from DoorDash you can best believe that your order is going to be wrong they literally give you anything when you do DoorDash they also put shrimp on my husband’s plate when he has a shellfish allergy I am very upset with this location do not go to this so you could end up being sick!
