The woman at the front. Her name started with an A and she had a ring nose piercing. She is fantastic! Her customer service energy is welcoming and refreshing as someone who also deals in customer service. She was funny, kind, and upbeat even working at a chained fast food restaurant which you do not see often. She deserves to be shouted out and praised by her managers. Give that queen a raise
The food is always fantastic, but one of the employees today was extremely rude. They forgot some shrimp I had paid for, so I went back to complain. They checked the security camera footage and it says they packed them... the shrimp never arrived at my house... and that's the truth. He treated me very badly. I'm not very happy because he ruined my lunch for that reason, and unfortunately, I won't be back.
It is a very large inside location and few tables outside. They have a drive up window where you dont see many of them around. This was very nice when it first open but it is showing signs if wear and tear. Just about of all the cushions seats at the booths are torn. After lunch hours when it js slow the food can get dried out as it sits and not enough customers coming in to turn it over. None the less when itnis fresh the food is good and thier orange chicken is a staple product...
