There's something so nice about coming in early and work on my duties while grabbing a bagel, but ever since this girl "Emma" has been there in the morning, is less than pleasant. I only know her name due to someone else behind the counter speaking to her directly, calling her by "Emma". She's extremely rude, has no self-awareness whatsoever and makes the most nastiest, awful glares whenever she takes your order. I'm pretty sure this is not a training issue, since she's the only person who acts rudely towards other customers. I will now continue to avoid her, and try to come a little bit more late whenever I need to grab something to eat. Disappointing to see people like this getting hired and not having the proper education for customer service, and or, common sense as a human being.

So fast delivery and the chicken Alfredo is DELICIOUS BEST IVE EVER HAD and the inside is meh but very good I recommend the chicken

Rude staff, I stop by this morning and ordered to go. I had a bakery item, the girl had it in a plate in front of her and another customer. They were talking right on top of my food while she was taking the other customer order. She gave it to me when she was done and I told her I did not want it to give me another one. She gave me a disgusted look and asked "what's wrong with it"? I told her she just had a conversation with the customer and talked all over the food and I wanted it to be changed. She looked at me and said whatever, she put it back and gave me another one. I asked her why she put it back for someone else to buy it after they basically spit all over it. She just ignored me. No manners and she did not care.

what happened to the cin crunch bagels? Why have the stopped trying to top it with a sufficient amount of the caramelized cin and sugar ? The past several times I have purchased one, I have been so disappointed.

They don't take cash it seems; only a kiosk. No help from anyone walking in. Place looks dirty.

Dining room is absolutely disgusting. It’s obvious this placed hasn’t been cleaned properly (or even attempted) in a LONGGGG time. Can’t imagine what the kitchen or bathrooms look like. The food is way overpriced for what it is. Also it’s gross. Take your money somewhere else. This place sucks.
