Ordered croissant, asked for it warm they pointed me to a microwave. But the bag that has plastic so that would melt. I had to 1 ask for a plate and silver wear. I'm sorry, I'm leaving no tips ... especially if I'm doing my own cooking of a frozen crasant I could have bought at sams and done all this at home. But I'm not home, and it's the one thing I needed after a shitty visit to the shittyhospital. Doo better!! By the way, the hall where you wait for the food floor was sticky and smleed of urin.

Food is ok, stuff just slapped together. Workers act like they are tired and can’t move. The drink machine is always dirty and out of the flavor. Terrible phone service but that has nothing to do with Panera it’s the surrounding area.
I went to this Paneras drive thru at 8:30 pm and no one spoke to take my order. I then drove to the pick up window and the young lady that was there told us we had to go back to drive thru ordering system because she couldn’t take order at window. We went to drive thru again and ordered a pick 2. When we approached the pick up window there were 4 employees all chit chatting so we paid and when we got our order and got home it was a complete different order with someone else’s name. I called the store and was told would receive a credit but I am so disappointed at the lack of customer service that I do not plan to go there again. Make sure you check your order if ordering to go or drive thru.
