My sandwich was mostly bread and cheese. It was supposed to be a chicken bacon rancher. 5 tiny pieces of chicken, no bacon on a giant piece of bread. The soup was noodles and a bone was found in it to boot. No liquid, just noodles. I’m not sure how difficult it is to spoon soup or put precut ingredients on bread but I guess it’s really difficult. Please hire some employees who are worth the $58 I spent on food here today. This is ridiculous. Now that I see the reviews I should have checked first. I know disabled people who can do a better job than whatever these imbeciles can do. No one drafted you people to this job. If you hate it leave, don’t be lazy and mess up peoples food that we spend good money on because you want to be a soggy poptart your entire life.

The Chicken in the sandwiches is so nasty, it’s very chewy and had hard pieces in it. Had to throw away the sandwhich. So expensive too

Here is a business that used to be great , but has lost its way. My last experience with a manager shows me that they really don't care about customer service at all. They had one clerk working in the counter at supper time. There was only one woman in front of me who the clerk spent over 10 minutes helping her with her cell phone payment, I moved over to the electronic kiosk and placed my order but it does not take cash. A manager walked by and I asked if she could receive the payment, she didn't even break stride and told me you have to wait for her. I went back and waited some more
behind the one woman who was getting help with her cell phone and realized how ridiculous this is and just left.
We won't be going back.

I have had my food delivered twice from this location, and although I am very satisfied with the food and also with the delivery service, Uber Eats, what concerns me, for health and sanitary reasons, is that both times, my drinks were delivered without a proper security tape over the lids and it's straw opening. My suggestion to Panera Bread, to avoid anything landing inside mine or anybody else's drinks, is to be more cautious when sending out these foods for service. The same way you secure the bags, you must secure the drinks also! Thank you!

Made an online pick up order. After picking up the food and making it home they missed a large Mac n cheese and a soup. Was told they could re make it for me the next day or get a voucher. Why not a partial refund for the items they failed to put in my bag?? Usually Panera is very good with fulfilling the full order but an obvious lack of attention is apparent here. Then a failure to give a reasonable refund for items THEY missed. Will not be going back to this location.

Wow everything I’ve had here is so delicious. Excellent prices and vibe. Bummed I’ve overlooked this place for so long! Such a great option for a lighter, healthier meal.

I normally love Panera. I love being able to sit and do my school work & enjoy a decent meal, however, this location has significantly changed over the years, and not in a good way. The service and the food is now a hit or miss. The drive-thru is now a 10+ minute wait at the speaker and then an additional wait at the window. No sense in ordering ahead sometimes, because by the time you get there, your order isn’t even prepared. The price increase is understandable due to inflation, however, the poor service doesn’t even make you want to spend the money.

Their drive thru service is horrible, when i went to pick up my food it was already ready as per the app, but they still took 15 minutes to deliver it to me. My food was cold and my drink was watery. Multiple cars had to leave. And when they finally gave me my food they weren’t even capable of saying sorry for the wait.

2 stars. Drive through was unusually slow today not even during a lunch rush. Cars were leaving the line. 20 minutes and counting as I write the review.

I waited 30 minutes for a sandwhich.
There was a old Karen who came in and made a fuss about yesterday's food she got.
They served her food within 5 minutes of her complaining. While I stood there for over 30 minutes waiting on ONE sandwhich.
Just insane to me.
