Cinnamon Bun was hard. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich had 3 tiny pieces of bacon, no cheese and bread was hard. The only good thing was the coffee. Too expensive for a lousy meal

I ordered a tuna sandwich and was very disappointed. I’ve ordered this item before and the portion today was at least half the size for more money. There was hardly any tuna on the sandwich and I am 100% sure that I was shortchanged. I was charged for a full sandwich and received a half portion. The person overseeing the drive through must not have been listening to me because I asked clearly for a whole tuna sandwich. Check your food before you leave.

Very poor service… paid for full bowl of soup, received 1/2 bowl. This is not the first time it’s happened, looks like management doesn’t care….charging more, serving less. Need to be reported to Attorney General for price touching!

Very poor customer service… paid for full bowl of tomato soup for $8, asked for a piece of faccasia bread, received only 1/2 bowl of soup, no bread, didn’t receive any points for total spent, was told, machine not working… cold soup.. had to microwave it. Terrible… terrible. Don’t recommend this facility to anyone!

I have been to this Panera a few times and always have had a good experience. Some days the drive through takes long but the girls there always have a great attitude! Tradition is full of cute shops definitely check it out.

Went thru drive thru they forgot to give e my. Credit card back I left about 2 hrs later went back to get it they returned it but when checked Cc statement there are other charges from same store after I left theives work
