Papa Johns Pizza

Worst pizza ever! The crust was soggy as heck. All the toppings were in the middle of the pizza, the sauce tasted like something out of a Ragu jar. Even the container of garlic sauce was open in the box. Very very disappointing. No where near the $50.00 I spent for it.

There are no issues with the pizza; however, the problem lies with their soda cooler door, which does not stay open and has slammed my son’s hand twice while he was trying to get a drink. I informed the cashier about it, but he looked at me strangely, acknowledged the issue without apology and said “yes it does that”, and didn’t check to see if my son's hand was okay. To top it off, he was sarcastic on my way out with a “have a good one,” which felt insincere. I am truly upset about this experience.

I'd like to say y'all got some problems. What part of a large two topping pepperoni original crust and extra hot peppers. Don't you understand. You can take an order it was hot it was not a large and was not two topping of pepperoni and only had 1 hot pepper. Driver was great and up beat beat made sure I had my 2 liter. Thank you. Y'all got problem we order at least 1 a week and tip great to your drivers . Ask them. Why sutch service.

The dough was raw I had to throw it away.

The girl at the counter on 8/13/24 was wonderful! I made a mistake on my order and Charity fixed it for me with a smile. Thank you. It’s little things like this that will keep me coming back. Thank you again.

I only order cheese sticks here and don't have issues but if I ever had a badly made order and was told to wait 1 hour and 30 mins I'd force them to drive it my house free of charge and you should to we work to hard for our money if your laughed at for being un satisfied stand your ground, it's your money. I will continue ordering cheese sticks here but other recent reviews make me afraid to order a pizza from here I don't wanna get sick like others have. My guess would be cross contamination.

I went to this place last night and i ordered 2 pizzas and also an order of bread sticks.

My dad ordered a small vegetable pizza and i told them to remove the mushroom and add Pineapple instead of the mushroom. When we got home, the pizza had mushrooms. The breadsticks were dry and a little well where for my taste.

After a couple we ate, me and my husband's stomachs started to hurt. I vomited several times during the night, I couldn't feel worse. I just hope they are more attentive to the orders they take and I don't know what caused us to get sick to our stomach but they should pay attention to that too! I will definitely not return to this papa Johns

Not the usual papa John's pizza. We have regularly bought here but tonight the pizza was almost cold and it was congealed and the cheese and crust was tough. For my $17 I felt it was a bad buy! I will not buy here again.

I like Papa John’s pizza as far as my late night choice they are probably the number one quality when it comes to a chain pizza place. I have a regular pizzeria that’s in the neighborhood but it closes early so if I have cravings or pizza after those hours I always call Papa John’s and they are there fresh on time and the order is usually always correct.

Vegetarian options: As far as vegetarian options, all you have to do is ask for a veggie pie with without cheese, or any other special, and they will accommodate your needs

Dietary restrictions: When placing your order, make sure you let the person who is taking order what your restrictions are and yes, they will accommodate your needs

Parking: As long as you were not in the prime hour of traffic, and everybody’s trying to do everything at the same time like getting dinner, then you shouldn’t have a problem

Kid-friendliness: As far as a family, friendly environment is about as good as you can get

Wheelchair accessibility: They are very kind that all the papa John’s establishments and if you need any help, they will always give you a hand or accommodate you anyway, they can

They give good pizza late, but not worth 50$, a pizza for 50$? No way!
