Great customer service

Call to order two pizzas was told they would be there in 51 minutes well two hours later still no Pizza call the store . Manager said the driver broke down which I was told later by other people is their standard excuse. Manager was extremely rude. He states he manages 18 stores. Well I think maybe he should focus his attention on fewer stores to get better results but anyway Pizza was horrible. waste of money never will buy from them again

I someone else order two medium pizzas for me. I didn’t think much of the price at the moment, how much could it possibly be ?then I seen the bill on my credit card and I was outraged $47 for two would look like 13 inch pizzas , I could’ve gotten five pizzas for that money , It was $10 between the tip and the delivery charge alone, I even called about it and asked if there was a mistake. They said they were gonna have the district manager call me which he never did the prices they charge for this is outrageous. there were no toppings on these pizzas at all, Papa John’s outrageously expensive I’ll never buy there again. buy from your local small business family owned.

Undercooked, not horrible but definitely noticeable on the one pizza with a topping. The other was fine. First time at this location, I won’t be going back. Sorry ladies.

Absolute trash pizza. Ordered through the site. Took forever and finally got it delivered via Door Dash even though I ordered from Papa Johns directly. The pizza was cold, cut unevenly, and the garlic sauce container was open and leaking everywhere. The sticker on the box was ripped, making it look like it was opened during delivery. For $30 for a cold crappy pizza that took an hour to get here, this has to be the worst experience possible when it comes to the chain pizza places. Never again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The staff messed up my pizza and tried to flip it onto me. Also the pizza they did get right was cold and undercooked. Will never go back.

John the worker does a great job in service, skills, and personality everyone loves too see him when they walk in!

Ordered a light pepperoni pizza well done like I usually do and got basically extra sauce, very little toppings, and it was undercooked.

The lady working with the pizza dough just fixed her hair with her bare hands, didn't wash them and continued massaging the dough 🤢

not good. Dough is barely cooked. can get better pizza at a kids birthday party

If I could give zero stars I would. I repeated my address to them 3 times and they got it wrong. Also they could not give me a refund.
