Completely disrespectful and felt disrespected by the Asian looking guy. I walked in at 8:26pm amd he yelled over to one of the team members, do you not see what time it is. Why would she walk in at this time and they’re cleaning up. Two other team members started saying well kitchen doesn’t close until 8:45pm but he still was yelling well make her get soup or something. He did this while many other people were inside still eating. Not to pull the race card here but I was in fact the only black person there. My favorite item from here was the Korean short ribs, but this is my last time stepping foot into this establishment.

Extremely Disappointed — Not Even Close to Authentic Vietnamese

As someone who’s been enjoying Vietnamese cuisine for over 25 years, I walked into this restaurant with high hopes. I’ve eaten Vietnamese food across the country and abroad, and I know the flavors, textures, and care that go into a truly authentic dish. Sadly, this place missed the mark on every level.

• The spring rolls were a disaster—dry, bland, and poorly assembled.
• I ordered the “super” combo, which was supposed to include four types of meat. It came with only two. No explanation, no apology.
• I added a side of tendon, and they brought me three tiny pieces. That’s not a side—that’s an insult.

I take full responsibility for trusting the glowing five-star reviews. If it were up to me, this place wouldn’t even earn one. If you’re looking for real Vietnamese food, keep looking. This isn’t it.

Roaches and flies infested needs to go on the dirty dining. This the 2nd time, something has to be done. We pay too much money at this place to be having bugs in our food. Ridiculous !!

We love this place. The Pho taste great to a country boy from KY i have no idea if thats what its meant to taste like. Spring rolls are good. And the people are nice.

Been a regular for a while, their pho is usually great however the last time it was way off. Was told the chef was sick in the kitchen? Be prepared to never have your drinks refilled, either. The staff are all younger kids, who don’t really pay attention to that, you actualt have to ask for a refill. There is a new young man who started serving there. Had him as our sever 3 times in a row. The third time we came in he did the opposite of what we requested for the meal, and then at the end of the service questioned us on why we come there so much. Which it was usually once a week or so. Maybe it’s cause we enjoy the food? Just an odd off putting experience considering we always tip well and are polite. Things have definitely been changing sadly.

Absolutely Amazing. Me and my kids enjoyed it. The grilled pork belly with white rice And egg over easy. My son got the braised beef pho and daughter got the shrimp pho. Would go there again. Also daughter left her Beats ear buds on the table and the staff found it . We were able to get it back. Thank you so much!!

Raw pork inside egg roll. Food hazard! I am extremely disgusted by raw pork I would never knowingly bite into it. I’m very upset I bit into this against my will. The waiter Kept saying that how if they would have left it in the fryer for a minute longer, It would have been cooked thoroughly. I think they should’ve cooked the pork before putting it in the egg roll to begin with because it is a food hazard to have raw pork inside of an egg roll.

Recently I noticed the quality of the food has gone downhill and the service is HORRIBLE. My order was taken by a new server as my family and I have never seen her before. She rarely checked up on us and not to mention we had to flag her down multiple times even for simple things such as giving us refills on our waters. Seriously? It’s such a shame because this restaurant used to be my favorite but obviously management needs to do better on hiring new people. Very unprofessional hair color as well. Safe to say I will never be coming back here because of the awful service.
