Ordered take out , one combination Pho, one Fried Tofu Pho, tofu supposed to come with vegan broth. Got home and found both orders were bone broth. Called to check and they confirmed both were none broth. Mind you I had to taste them both to make sure my daughter did not get non vegan broth. They said come back and they would fix it. Hot back to restaurant and they made me pay for the vegan broth because i did not bring back the second bone broth. Then I had to wait 15 minutes while “it was made”

never going back there again.

The food getting badly every time. Take forever for the food bring to you ,
Meat and vegetables for Pho now is just a little, not like before. Pho combination now look like kid Pho . Some day is normally, some day is like food that leftovers from yesterday

Best pho in psl I actually really like this place just disappointed with the customer service this time. I called 3 times no answer on the 4th call a girl answered and says can I put on hold and hangs up. Very unprofessional!

Came in the restaurant and nobody spoke to us for 25 minutes. Nobody looked at us or said anything. Just passed us by and ignored. There were only 5 other people there. Ended up leaving. Never had worse service in my life.

Arrived for dinner; tables occupied and other tables loaded with dirty dishes and we had to wait for a table to be cleaned. Very slow service; waited 45+ mins to be served orders for soup which were tasty. Kitchen seems overwhelmed trying to keep up with takeout and dine ins. Staff unable to keep up with cleaning tables in a timely manner or to maintain clean floor. Makes me question how clean IS the kitchen.

Came during a mid afternoon off peak time. Food was great but service was S L O W. Would still come again though. I recommend the pork belly bao appetizer.

What is with the service? What a shame. 3 tables occupied and drinks had to be asked for after sitting 20 minutes. app came out with no additional plate or napkins. Food was alright but I've had better at other local places. The inattentive service made this a not visit again

They took forever with our food. They brought our appetizers and drinks out the same time (drinks are to be brought out first). The lady put the tea in a water cup. The sake tasted HORRIBLE!!!! The buns we ordered were cold and the egg rolls were cold. They never came to give us the bill and the female restroom had ZERO toilet paper and paper towels.This is our first time here and probably the last. 12/27/24

The food here is really good, but the big standout is the staff. I came in to get Boba and pho yesterday, and right as I was getting ready to order, my cochlear implant processor stopped working. The waitress was so incredibly sweet and understanding. She helped me get my order in for take out and was genuinely concerned about my aid just dying. I ended up getting it fixed, and she immediately asked if I still wanted to dine in (as originally intended). She went far above and beyond and I can't say enough about how much I appreciated it!

My waiter Bella was kind and the food was tasty. The wait wasn’t bad at all and very affordable, will come back

Food was super great! Delicious! The service was excellent! My server was Bella , she’s so well spoken and kind , and gave me suggestions on what to get and it was great, I ordered the Pho combination it was delicious!!!

This was my first time going to this restaurant and the food was amazing!!! I got a chicken fried rice and it tasted delicious, and very fresh. I asked for many sides, including multiple chili oils (for my family). And without hesitation our waiter, Bella, immediately assisted us. Honestly, the service was why i decided to give a review. Our server was on top of everything we asked for , and still managed to make time for the other costumers, considering the evening rush. Everything came out very fast, i would definitely recommend!! And hopefully you get Isabella as a waiter because she was very kind and helpful.

Food was pretty good, the setting was also nice, felt very welcomed by the staff especially my server Isabella. Would recommend this place for a quick bite to eat and because of how nice the server was.
Also I was recommended the chicken fried rice by Isabella and it did not disappoint.

Amazing experience with the steak pho and my server bella. Super refreshing boba she recommended that really complemented the food.
