Best pho in psl I actually really like this place just disappointed with the customer service this time. I called 3 times no answer on the 4th call a girl answered and says can I put on hold and hangs up. Very unprofessional!

What is with the service? What a shame. 3 tables occupied and drinks had to be asked for after sitting 20 minutes. app came out with no additional plate or napkins. Food was alright but I've had better at other local places. The inattentive service made this a not visit again

The food here is really good, but the big standout is the staff. I came in to get Boba and pho yesterday, and right as I was getting ready to order, my cochlear implant processor stopped working. The waitress was so incredibly sweet and understanding. She helped me get my order in for take out and was genuinely concerned about my aid just dying. I ended up getting it fixed, and she immediately asked if I still wanted to dine in (as originally intended). She went far above and...
