Ordered the stuffed crust online. Picked up my order and got back to my rv park and went to eat and realized it was not stuffed crust. Called the store and they said they ran out. Also kind of gave me a hard time for not calling sooner like I didn’t have a right to be upset that I didn’t get what I ordered. Wasn’t able to get any kind of compensation since I was gone the next day.

I just called the new Pizza Hut off of Gattlin in Port St. Lucie to order for delivery. The gentleman on the phone said that they don’t offer delivery and hung up on me. And he told me that I needed to call back after 9 PM and when I called, it was only 8:58 PM. My son was so excited to finally have a Pizza Hut here that we could eat at and we got the advertising that it was open however until they get there $*** together we won’t be giving them any business.

The man who works the late shift on Sunday with the dreadlocks is absolutely awful. I called him several times out loud and he flat out ignored me. He was so rude that in end I walked out because I couldnt even get his attention to place my order. Domino's is way better at customer service.

Ordered my food online my order said it would be done at a very time and I got there at the time stated, I still waited 25mins. No spoke to me or greeted me for 5 mins and when I said hello and asked about my order; the worker making the pies didn’t even look at me and just said “I don’t know it well be a while “. First time I tried Pizza Hut in 10 years and don’t think I’m going to again. After 25mins anther worker asked what I was waiting for and then said “ oh, your food is right here “ he gave me two boxes of pizza ? that were cold” I smiled and said thanks. Don’t recommend this location at all.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had for takeout. I’ll never do business with this place again. Manager was rude and didn’t care about me. Messed up my order. Didn’t follow proper protocol, and even rubbed salt in my wound by making me bag my own food when it was raining outside. The manager working here at 5:00PM on 9/14/24 should consider getting a new job and attitude because he couldn’t deliver good customer service if it hit him in the face. 0/10. Would leave zero stars if I could.
