I just called the new Pizza Hut off of Gattlin in Port St. Lucie to order for delivery. The gentleman on the phone said that they don’t offer delivery and hung up on me. And he told me that I needed to call back after 9 PM and when I called, it was only 8:58 PM. My son was so excited to finally have a Pizza Hut here that we could eat at and we got the advertising that it was open however until they get there $*** together we won’t be giving them any business.

Ordered a pizza that was wrong the manager offered a 25$ credit and we called to order and it was magically removed due to a staff over haul. On top of that delivery guy shows up with no change

I can't believe they can't even make a pizza pie. The place is called Pizza Hut. They burnt my pepperoni. They overcooked my boneless chicken wings and they couldn't even get my sausage pizza right either. What's going on with that place? There was nobody in there when I went there. I have pictures of my pizza. This is gotta be the worst Pizza Hut. I have ever went to you guys suck.

I ordered 3 pizzas this evening, after my wife got home from work. The order tracker has been stuck on my pizza is in the oven. It's now 01:30a. I ordered over almost 2 hours ago and never received my order. My wife went to bed waiting wasting our time. I need a refund.

Rude staff. Waited over an hour for a melt and 8 wings. Took 10 mins to get someone on the phone and they had no sense of customer service. They didn't even start delivering untill 35mins after It was supposed to be at my house.
Edit: Staff remade the order and everything worked out. Doordasher probably stole the food. Still wish their was a more effective system for if delivery goes wrong

Tried using a Groupon & the actual Pizza Hut website for a coupon/code for take out and the pizza hut website kept crashing. Went into store to see if they could assist with our coupon & Dennis the store manager was very professional and helpful. The other employees were also very nice & all of them said hello. Even though our coupon didn’t go through & the app wouldn’t work, Dennis comped us our cheese sticks. Excellent customer service! Will definitely be back.

Live 4 miles away (10 min) but won't deliver to me. Their delivery range must be ridiculously small.
I walked in at 12:40 to place and order and they told me they weren’t taking orders so I placed one online and it was accepted and then I received a call from the location and all I heard was spitting noises like they spit on my food. Really sick people who work here

Terrible customer service. Left me on hold for 9 minutes before I hung up and called back to get somebody and ordered. Asking 3 times that my order was being delivered by the restaurant and NOT DoorDash as DoorDash is terrible and always delays my order and makes it a terrible experience. I got a text saying my order has been picked up by DoorDash. Called the store and spoke to the same lady I ordered from and once again told me it would not be delivered by DD. And again she lied to me saying it was in hot box and their driver will delivery. I make this review still waiting nearly an hour later. Waiting for my order.

Ordered for the first time today. It was 25 minute late so I called. Disappointed in the customer service as it took 15 minutes to figure out status of order. Order is 45 minutes later than hey time I was given and no apology was provided.

Ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizza and BOTH of them tasted old tasted like I was eating cardboard. There was barely any pizza sauce and the cheese inside the crust was barely even melted and barely any pepperoni in one box. Opened up the other box and out of 8 slices of pizza 4 of them were ok the others were burnt. I’ve never ordered pizza and received half of them burnt. I spent 29$ on 2 pizzas for them to taste horrible.I also called the store to speak to someone and after I explained to them about my situation they hung up the phone. Completely rude, I will not be going to this location again.
