I am new to Port St. Lucie and because we have a pizza hut at home we went in and ordered a Medium pizza thin crust extra cheese. When i got to hotel it was not the order i asked for as it wasn't extra cheese and it was extremly dry. We each had a slice and the kids didn't finish the slice. We didnt even finish the pizza and want to take it back. We went to Godfathers to finish our dinner. Very disappointed. Cost me approximently $18.00.

Excellent customer service. Melissa was very professional and provided exceptional customer service. My son decided he wanted pizza for lunch so I called to place an order spoke with Melissa she said it would be about 15 mins. I have never experienced such fast service from placing my order to pick up. Super clean facility and excellent quality food. My 4 year old decided to buckle up his pizza ? so it was safe on the ride home lol! ..kids We will definitely be back...

This location’s hours show that they close at 12am, I placed an order on their app at 11:15, when we got to the store at 11:45, their doors were locked. We never received a phone call letting us know they chose not to make this order. A “manager”named Dennis came to the door and when we said we placed an order, he rudely said oh well we have already closed. Absolutely unprofessional. To have this person represent your store in this manner is disgraceful. Don’t inconvenience yourself like I have. Avoid this place.

Pizza usually requires a sauce to be a pizza. The crust had the consistency of card board (under cooked). Wasn't not give all the sauce that I purchased for bread sticks. Had double order of bread sticks and 3 extra sauces (paid for). Had to explain to worker that the 3 were extra and I should have got one with each order of bread. Not that one tiny sauce container is enough for a bread order (different subject). Overall, displeased with food and knowledge of worker.

I had not had Pizza Hut in about five or six years. I ordered a couple pizzas as I remembered that they are good in the past. They were efficient and had the order ready quickly. I would use them again.
Another wonderful experience at this PizzaHut. Best pizza in town, helpful staff, and they are fast. Everything’s super clean and I just wanted to come on here and leave an honest review because they deserve it.I order once a week and have never had any mistakes either which is rare for pizza places. Definitely check them out

Reason for my rating I never received my 2 pizza order for dinner was too tired to go out from a long hard day of work cleaning up this property.Reach out to DoorDash they ask if I wanted a refund or redelivery I requested a redelivery so DoorDash reached out to Pizza Hut they said they couldn't do redelivery still hungry and now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days for a refund, that the reason I requested for redelivery.

I ordered from this location on their website at 11:28PM. They accepted the order. The delivery tracker on their site showed they were making my order. An hour later the site still shows the order is processing. Im sitting around waiting for the pizza. Finally I check my bank account to make sure the order went through and I find out that they cancelled my order. I got zero notice. The site still shows the order is being prepared. I wasted about an hour and half while hungry for this stupid pizza. The reality is that some lazy person probably cancelled and refunded my order because it was 32 minutes before closing. This is insane to waste a customers time and not even notify them that it's canceled. I'll be calling corporate tomorrow to file a complaint. I staff that worked to night should be fired.

This place was disgusting. Managers and other staff was rude to me. My pizza was stuck to the top of the box. My wings weren't fully cooked. Are they trying to get me sick? Overall horrible!!! Never ordering from here ever again. ?
