First time eating at any Pollo Tropical. I have tasted their food because friends have been and I’ve eaten some of theirs. This time I selected the sauces and such. So I had chicken black beans rice platter. I of course tried all the sauces. I really liked the yellow curry one! My least favorite was the white garlic cilantro after trying them all. The service was good and they took the time to actually go over the sauces in better detail lol. I am a huge fan now as the food was amazing!

Stop walking up to people's cars to ask them what they want, we want to look at the damn menu not guess what y'all have on your menu. Ended up with 1 items instead of a list of things I would have order if you force order people. Sucks at chick fila and here. Do better.

It only is this location the best Pollo Tropical in the region, it is much better than all the Cuban restaurants as well. This is real home cooking. Thank goodness for the manager and her staff for all that they do to make great tasting food!!!!

I hate the interior of this restaurant. Too bright. Bad setup. Long lines. Slow service. But the food is delicious.
We enjoyed the food! My husband and I tried several items from the menu, and each dish was perfectly seasoned and delicious. The staff was friendly and courteous.

This location sucks!!! Lala took my order not even sure she was paying attention or competent, asked for a family meal duo all dark meat repeated myself just in case and an extra side of large white rice. Got my receipt noticed it read “regular family meal with 3 sides and she charge me for a half a chicken, so I went back to her to correct it she said it should be fine and it’s just a dollar difference I said no worries y’all can keep the dollar as long as comes out right. Seconds later my number gets call out I grab my food and the plantains ain’t in there manager comes to me and asks if there’s something wrong I said yeah I didn’t get my plantains grabs my receipt and straight up says you didn’t order that. I then said she as in Lala knows what happened, Lala then comes over speaks to the manager in my face in Spanish I could only guess that she said I made the mistake because manager double down and said “this time we’ll fix it for you and next choose the duo not the regular family, I stopped her there and said Lala made the mistake and I order the duo next the manager said” OK sir the customer is always right with the fakest insincere smile I’ve seen in my life. Worst experience yet!! Not coming back to this location
