Went here for the first time and put a mobile order in. Told the employee at the speaker we had a mobile order and he told us to pull around. When we get the the Window the only thing the guy said to us was him asking if we want any sauce and handed the bag and that was it. I pulled off and checked the bag and it was the wrong order. I work in food service also so i understand people make mistakes, so i pull through the drive thru again and politely told him that it was the wrong...
The service was both efficient and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. The prices were budget-friendly, and the portion sizes were satisfying. A standout was the pineapple rum dressing, which added a perfect sweet and tangy kick.
I have always enjoyed eating at pollo tropical. The food at this particular location is pretty decent. The restaurant is very clean and the employees are pretty friendly. I would definitely eat here again.
