First time eating at any Pollo Tropical. I have tasted their food because friends have been and I’ve eaten some of theirs. This time I selected the sauces and such. So I had chicken black beans rice platter. I of course tried all the sauces. I really liked the yellow curry one! My least favorite was the white garlic cilantro after trying them all. It only is this location the best Pollo Tropical in the region, it is much better than all the Cuban restaurants as well. This is real home cooking. Thank goodness for the manager and her staff for all that they do to make great tasting food!!!!
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Fernando, one of the managers at this location. He is so kind and nice every time I come in. Today, he noticed there was an error with my order and he immediately stepped in to help and fix it without hesitation. You can tell he really cares about the customers and the service here.
