Came by after seeing the Baldy Eats review (he's always good)...BUT --- their menu had no prices listed? So we left. How can you have a menu with no prices? It's not like Cuban sandwiches are market price....

The coffee here is a must! Always made fresh and on the spot, never stale . Besides the amazing coffee the staff here are always so friendly and welcoming to their customers. All in all great customer service. If you’re in need of some authentic Cuban coffee, this is the place to go.

Port Saint Wich presents itself as a Cuban place, but unfortunately, the experience is totally disappointing. Not only are the prices exorbitant for what they offer, but the customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. The owner, Mayra, and her husband, Eduardo, seem completely out of touch with what it means to treat customers well. Their attitude is rude and uninterested, making any attempt to enjoy a meal there a frustrating task. They clearly have no idea how to run a business or how to treat the people who keep their establishment running. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and money.
It's really concerning to see that the owner is posting their own glowing review here. It makes you wonder how many other reviews might be less than genuine. Unfortunately, I have to agree with those who say the prices are exorbitant, especially for what you're getting. The food is nothing special—mediocre at best—and definitely not worth the price. It's disappointing to see a business more focused on hyping themselves up rather than actually providing good value and quality to their customers. Genuine feedback should be embraced, not overshadowed by self-promotion. I hope the owner realizes that real improvements need to be made in both the food and pricing.

Great place to a enjoy a fantastic sandwich, people complain about menu without pricing, lot restaurants are doing that now, Sedano’s cafeteria, in MiamiSergio some restaurants etc etc, prices are high everywhere, but service, customer service and food are just in another level on this hole on the wall I highly recommend it Eduardo and Mayra are just great people

The food is fair for a bakery but incredibly expensive. My friends that came from out of town were shocked by the final price. Never again. They are super nice and welcoming but that does not excuse the crazy prices, which by the way, are not displayed anywhere

the food is good, but the car payment it costs would be better spent elsewhere. it cost $20 per sandwich and the sandwiches are basic AF
delicious! the sandwiches are fresh & huge! the smoothies are also fresh & made as you order. honestly best smoothie i’ve had in a long time. tropical smoothie and 3 natives is garbage compared their smoothies!

This morning I stopped by the place, because I had been wanting to eat something typical Cuban here in PSL for a long time and I knew of the existence of this business
My experience was not good, I was not able to see the prices of the products, you can barely see among the many signs that have what the offer is, menu, etc.
I never found where I could sit
The person who served me was really friendly, he seemed like the owner
I ended up ordering to go: a colada of Cuban coffee, two empanadas and 3 croquettes, so I ended up paying almost $18, this price did not include a tip, that is, clearly the value of the products
To be fair, the coffee brew was very good, the croquettes I never distinguished by the taste of what they were
The empanadas could be eaten but they were not good.
I do not recommend this place, as a place that represents and can eat that connects you with the palate of Cuban cuisine
