Super loud and busy but clean and ready for more customers. Food could've cooked a smidgen longer but otherwise great. Sauce is a 10/10!

All I gotta say is the manager at the time, she looked at me like I didn’t have any money/threat, mined you im black i just walked in the hot sun(Florida)30mins to get there, when I tell you from ordering my food to leaving her eyes never left me lol… like it was so weird(even whipping out my wallet to pay didnt matter) I looked sweaty I must be a theft or homeless lmao, but yea I just left so quick cause just was uncomfortable at point, gave the food to my lil bro wasnt even hungry🤦🏽‍♂️last time I ate there

The food no flavor at all. The place was dead 💀. Only us and they took so long. My daughter 9 she won a cupon because se was a student of the month and she gave it to her friend 😒😜 this how bad it was. She didn’t want to go back. Chicken need more seasoning 🤨

I placed an online order today and on my way to pick it up i stopped at Walgreens up the road to grab my prescription and a few things. While putting them in my trunk, i accidentally locked my keys in the trunk so I called the store to let them know that I will be there shortly i was waiting on my husband to bring me the spare keys. GM (im sorry I forgot her name) without hesitation stated she will drive to Walgreens and bring me my order! She showed up within 5 minutes and even offered to stay with me until my husband comes. Luckily he was just around the corner so she didn’t need to but what an AMAZING way to go above and beyond! I hope all the best for her and her store and I will MOST definitely be ordering again very soon!

I don't get the hype the chicken tenders where bland and the canes sauce is different not for me at least I tried if I'm on a vacation and there is no where else to eat I'll eat canes.

My husband loves this place. I find the sauce too salty and the chicken pretty bland. You're better off with Popeyes. I will say they do use chicken tenderloin so their chicken is juicy and tender, I'll give them that.

very odd experience at the drive through a young kid asked me my opinion on Charlie Kirk’s death? then gave me an odd demeaning angry look definitely not appreciated and inappropriate for a drive through

The chicken was okay, the sauce was pretty good, the bread soggy, and the fries were crinkle. Not sure if it's worth $11!

First time at raising canes.
We got sandwiches and the chicken is cooked perfectly, breading is great, seasoned lightly has special sauce on the sandwich which pairs perfectly with the chicken, included crinkle cut fries that are literally cooked perfectly I have never had better crinkle fries but doesn't seem to have any salt/pepper so I grabbed a packet and put some pepper (they honestly don't need them just preference).

The atmosphere there is wonderful, sadly I forgot to snap a pic but they have a painting of Elvis on the wall and it is so cool, the music is great, the staff is wonderful and seating is very comfortable especially when compared to average fast food chains this is definitely a big step above in quality all around with comparable pricing.

Not a lot of variety in menu but seriously they've got what they cook perfected way better than other chains.

Parking is readily available but seriously be cautious of the other drivers it felt like the people driving in that plaza were trying to get an insurance claim.

Always great but they give you less fries if you go through the drive thru vs if you dine in, which isn’t fair imo
