March 5th, 2024 SERVICE: our waiter Tony D. was not very welcoming with slow service and the food was mediocre with exception of the garlic bread. We were a party of 4 seniors out for a lovely supper with the restaurant being highly recommended we looked forward to our last night in Port. Sr. Lucie. The service was slow but we were not in a hurry but the food was served long after we arrived with other patrons who arrived later getting their food ahead of us. One of our meals that was ordered was Chicken Cacciatore and as our friend proceeded to eat it realized they had brought her veal instead of chicken when brought to waiters attention he had the manager come and speak to us about it. The young woman the manager was very rude and demeaning in her response that she would deduct the $3.00 difference from the bill because she had already been eating it.. We all dine out a lot and had never been treated so rude and talked down to in this manner it was embarrassing we all were speechless; with that our bill was placed on the table and while we all would have wanted dessert & coffee to end our meal we were not given the option or asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. I would not recommend this restaurant at all it was no way to treat patrons and the manager that evening should not be dealing with the public. We are sad to have to put such a negative review but felt it was necessary for future patrons to be aware.
The best pizza in Port Saint Lucie. I have not sat down to eat there, but whenever I pick up my order, the people are very friendly. Listen, I come from Tradition to get my Ruffinos pizza fix. That's how good it is.

I'm down in Florida for a couple of Spring Training games. Tonight was pizza night and we were encouraged to try Ruffino's. I'M FROM NEW YORK! I'm pleased to say that the pizza was absolutely fabulous. Do not hesitate to visit if you want really good pizza!!
Called to order two pizza, put on hold without waiting for a response, once the person came back l said I'd like to order two pizzas, they said it would be 30 minutes and hung up on me- went elsewhere.

The atmosphere was what you would expect in an authentic Italian restaurant. The service was very good. I did not have to wait long at all for my bread and salad. I ordered the baked ziti which was done to perfection. Just the right amount of good with great flavor at a good price. I would highly recommend Ruffino's to anyone. The pizzas looked fantastic as well.

Was looking forward to italian food.... Place with busy and very noisy... Ordered eggplant Parmesan... Did not get on our mail for over an hour... And no one indicated to us it would take that long When we first sat down... I had to initiate an inquiry with the waitress to check on the food... She indicated because it was being baked it took longer... Meanwhile, for people that had sat 10 minutes after we arrived. To god served their meal or no while we waited another fifteen minutes for hours... I decided to not eat my meal which took another ten minutes... Because I wasn't paying for the lack of service and quality of the experience..... Instead of apologizing and taking accountability , they just keptmaking excuses that it was because it was being baked.. I talked directly to the manager... So I simply told them to credit me for my meal. My husband finished his and we laughed I will not be going back

Great food. Great service. A little loud but not bad.
Tomato sauce has a tremendous amount of pepper over taking the taste. Also the tomato sauce itself is unnecessarily acidic and should of been toned down by diluting it with water. As a result, of eating their food with their tomato sauce I had a terrible stomach acid indigestion. I have never had this before at other Italian Restaurants! I do not recommend their dishes with their tomato sauce to anyone!

Hands down best pizza around!! The margherita and buffalo chicken are a staple in our household but you really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. The alla vodka sauce is incredible I could drink it by the spoonful! Make sure to finish your meal with one of their desserts. The cannolis are my favorite, the shell is so light and crispy and the filling is better than any bakery around. Overall a wonderful family owned business. You can tell they have a lot of love and passion for their restaurant and they always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience whether you’re dining in or taking your food to go!
Our server was atrocious, heavier white lady with short hair. We tipped 45% because that's what we do party of four but if it was me zero. Had no customer service skills to answer questions and did not give us any attention. All the other white folks were being treated with care at her tables except for my ethnic family. Truly a Karen.Wish I got her name but 7:30 on the 11th back seat near the kitchen was our table. Food was good along with the portion. Also forgot our soup and salad we paid for and didn't realize until we got home and it wasn't in the bag. Experience was 1/10 for our first time and we spend money as a family with a generous tip every time. I hope that gesture taught her to respect everyone equally, not just the white folks.Vegetarian options: Any dish without meat Is possible

Came here for my birthday and was quite pleased with the service. The only downside was the long wait for our food, but perhaps that could've been due to the high number of patrons tonight, we'll just have to see another time
