I used to be a member of BJS, but now I only use Sam's Club, and the gas is cheap through inflation and a lot of sales. It is super nice staff compared to BJS. I spend about 80 to 100 every other week.

I call Thursday for a wedding cake, and the manager was very helpful they got it done because it was only a 2 day notice they got it done I appreciate it the bride was very happy that you to the baker who made the cake.

We popped in for a couple items and lunch while in the area. Store and employees were are pleasant and helpful. It was a Sunday and they had several little stands offering food samples including cookies, sliders, popsicles, and crackers. Kids even got a entire bottle of their own brand of Gatorade for free.Lunch was a whopping 9 bucks total. It included several hotdogs, pizza pretzel, two sundaes including our sons highly sought after brownie version, as well as a couple sodas. We could have also chosen pizza and icees.

I look at these reviews, and they give them a two star rating. First of all the gas their average is $.40-$.50 less per gallon. I ended up buying my Perelli tires for my car and it was 163 less than what I normally pay. So if you're going to complain, go somewhere else, we don't need you coming here go buy your gas down the block and go get your tires somewhere else and listen to these people complain that they never happy. Go home and shut up.

It's just my husband and I so big box stores don't always work. Yet we have gotten reduced membership fee, the few items we do buy are a terrific price. Where we really win at is with gas for the car. Currently in our area gas is going for $4.49 gallon. At Sam's it is currently $3.53! Nothing else to say: cha-ching!

I had a great experience. Easy going on and going out. Everything I got was fresh and the place was clean. I even stopped and got a hot dog and pretzel only $2.68. My father got me hooked on Sams and I thanked him. The employees are all happy and polite which makes it better.

I’ve become really disappointed with the tire & battery service. It’s become nearly impossible to call and schedule an appointment as no one answers the phone, customer service will answer, take a message, but I never get a return call. Please bring back good service.

Unfortunately out-of-stocks at the club level often indicate the fresh meat buyer for that club is not hitting the 'ORDER' button as quickly as they should be, leading to empty coolers. So sorry for this, but we have very little we can do to help at the club level. I will tell you that often times, the member such as yourself has the strongest voice at your local club...I would recommend asking to visit with the fresh meat manager and encourage that person to improve their stock levels! Always out of stock .

I have been a member of Sam's Club since 1996 and today I truly realize why Costco has been taking all of their business. I ordered four tires, also made an appointment to have them installed today. When I arrived the employee in the tire center no one came to the desk even when I rang the bell (per another employee). I got a person with a Sams jacket on to come back with me when she ran the bell a tire person named Alex decided to tell me he can't do it right now even though it's two hours before they close and I have an appointment. During the course of our conversation, me informing him I made an appointment and I ordered these tires 2 weeks ago for almost $1000. He decided to put his hand in my face to stop me from talking and that's when I had enough. I said keep the tires I'm gonna go elsewhere. I called to speak to the manager I got a supervisor Becky after being on hung up on and on hold for 10 minutes. I proceeded to tell her what happened and she was more interested in getting off the phone than hearing what I had to say. Finally she said what can I do for you and I said nothing I'm done with Sam's.
