I had a fantastic meal here! The food is authentic, delicious, and reasonably priced—the birria tacos were a standout. The service was excellent as well. While the plaza entrance is a bit tucked away and can be a little tricky to navigate, it is well worth the effort. I highly recommend stopping by to give them a try!

I ordered the 3 street taco combo directly through Senor Tacos’ website and paid around $20. I personally picked up the order myself, and while I was there, I even watched an employee hand a separate order to a DoorDash driver. When I got home, I realized my bag only contained the 3 tacos — no rice and beans that are supposed to come with the combo, and no sauces either. Had I ordered just the tacos alone, it would have only cost about $10.

I called the restaurant to explain the mistake and simply asked to be refunded the difference between the combo price and what I actually received. I was not asking for a full refund. Instead of helping, they repeatedly told me I needed to contact DoorDash for a refund, even after I explained multiple times that I ordered directly from their website and picked the food up myself.

The employee and her “manager” were clearly mocking the situation and refused to take responsibility. Eventually, she said something along the lines of, “We’ll just refund you so I can be happy and you can be happy,” but never once apologized for the mistake or the poor handling of the situation.

It’s disappointing because I genuinely liked their tacos, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. Double-check your takeout order before leaving, and don’t expect much help if they make a mistake.

Tried to dine in and was told to have a seat the waitress didn’t come back to take my order instead she took a large phone order and told the people on the phone 10-15 minutes and never came back to take my order 20 minutes of sitting down in this establishment for nothing! Review your cameras!!!! Terrible customer service!

i don’t know what was different this time but my first time going to this restaurant i had 0 issues. the second time i went i had ordered a burrito, 4 tacos, and a side of rice. i drive home and see there’s no rice. so i call and see why there was no rice placed into my bag and it was simply because they were in rush hour. i was literally told on the phone, “yeah we were in rush hour”. so due to a “rush hour” my food i paid for just failed to make it into my bag. i got no refund, and there was nothing they could do about it.

***side note, paid $2 to have the fries in the california burrito because on my menu it says we can add it INSIDE for $2 and they said they couldn’t put it inside because the tortilla was too small… didn’t have this issue the first time i came here.

Place was nice pretty clean service was fast. I had to go order. I was literally three minutes down the street. My food was soggy. They just layer the tacos on top of each other. It would be nice if they had foil to separate overall it was delicious. What will also be nice is if you could choose chips and salsa instead of rice and beans I think there should be an option

We ordered this place to go the other night it was the first and last time unfortunately. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, which was nothing but chicken and cheese and they were anything but generous with the amount of chicken they put on it. It was pitiful. The side of sour cream that came with it was complete liquid. I didn’t even use it cause it was disgusting. My husband ordered a burrito. He didn’t like it either. Everything tasted very bland. The food is definitely lacking flavor.

Team member felt overwhelmed when we all came in. Restaurant was empty I would be happy as a business owner. I know we dropped in and we were a large group pretty much the whole soccer team and the parents. Food was not to write home about.

Just ordered the el pastor tacos on uber eats from them and there is no pineapple on the taco which is the entire point of the el pastor!! Nothing shittier than just wanting a nice meal and not getting something that you payed for. It’s really not that hard…

My husband, myself and my daughter had lunch there for the first time. The girl taking our order was courteous and didn’t rush us.

Food came out quickly and hot. I ordered the Birria Ramen, my daughter the nachos, and my husband a burrito. All said theirs was good. My Birria ramen was sooo good. Large portions too.

We were traveling through so likely won’t eat there again unless they put one near where we live.
