Nice cozy brewery that also has the ambiance of a cozy pub. The owner and the guys behind the bar are awesome and will always make your visit more enjoyable. A really nice mix of their own beers and some pub classics on draft thrown into the mix.
Definitely one of the more up and coming places in PSL and one of my favourite places in the area. Looking forward to the start of the Premiership this season and watching a good few games in there .

Side Door has a great selection of beers, but I can say that about many places. What sets them apart is their staff and owner. Matt and Billy are unlike any other brewery staff, and people in general, I’ve ever met. They are so incredibly helpful and friendly. They are truly a customer-focused brewery and you notice it as soon as you walk in. This brewery has such a welcoming atmosphere that you feel like family here. If you are in the area, swing in and have a few drinks. You will not regret it. They also have a great selection of event nights that you will love!

Love to visit Matt and have the best craft beer in Port St Lucie

In my taxonomy, there is a spectrum of brew pubs, ranging from "Business Plan" breweries - where recruitment of the brewmaster is almost an afterthought - to "Destination" breweries, where the beer is of a quality to warrant scheduling a layover in a nearby'ish airport for the sole purpose of a side trip to have a pint or two. The Brewmaster at Side Door comes from a lineage of Kentish brewmasters dating back to Tudor England. The first beer I sampled was their FreudSchluck, an adroit blending of Viennese with English pub nuances... and it was immediately obvious this is a place where the beer comes first. And instead of watching the game du jour on TV it was interesting to see the Brewmaster working on a restoration of an old beer engine, for drawing non-pressurized cask ales. I'll be returning to Port St Lucie around November 1st when it goes into service for an English bitter currently in process.

As a self proclaimed beer snob I can confidently say all of the beers are on point, even offering a great selection of guest taps and selections for those non beer drinkers. The new owner/brewer is a great guy, very passionate about what he does and makes you feel like family. So excited to see word spread about the new and improved Side Door!
