They have rats and rodents in this place, one ran across my foot while I was ordering. The lady didn’t even care she yelled at me and said “I no care what do you want to order or get out”. It was disgusting. The lady who answers the phone was the worst person I ever spoke to. Super rude and hang up while taking my order because I asked a question about the food. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Not like it use to be. I usually love ordering from this place. I’m not sure if the service has gone down or someone just had a bad day. I called multiple times and was left on hold for close to 10 minutes. When I called again the lady answering kept saying “I don’t get you, what do you want” and hung up on me while I tried to order. Then I called a last time and the lady was very rude and told me to read the menu and call when I “finally decide” but she wouldn’t let me order. I have to say with this service the food is not worth it.

The food is good on any given day.On the first of the month it was horrible.I called to ask if there’s a new cook on board, The lady that took my order asked why,, and I explained to her that the food was dry, not what i expected. Her reply was we would add extra sauce next time.

We ordered from here over a month ago and it was 5/5. Tonight they forgot our ribs but the worst part was the half the food was COLD like they took it out of a fridge and didn’t warm it cold. Seeing the recent reviews it seems something has changed and hopefully they can fix the issues because they were the best!

Decided that not having Chinese food in over a year was bad. So drove over and the lady behind the counter/window was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I wanted a large hot and sour soup which was not as hot as I was hoping. And an order of spare ribs which was huge. No matter where I have lived this was an unbelievable sized portion! Beef with pea pods was dinner for my husband that he was able to have two nights in a row. He enjoyed the dinners very much. Ok so it's not NewYork Chinese but portions like this one can't get In New York.

Bad costumer service. I called to make an order and, the lady was rude, abrupt, impatient, and she hung up without taking my order. I wanted to order Singapore noodles that had chicken, pork, and shrimp, which is known as house. She said " house and Singapore noodles are two different things, make up your mind and call back." But before I could give her an answer she hung up abruptly. I have been driving all the way from west palm beach to get house singapore noodle from this restaurant. I usually sit in my car and place a phone order. A while back I noticed that there was a difference in the food and restaurant staff, but I paid it no mind until now. My conclusion is that my family, friends, and i will not be ordering here ever again.

My boyfriend and I moved here from Jersey a little over a year and a half ago and this is, hands down, the best Chinese food in PSL and the surrounding areas. Yes, they are a little short on the phone, but that’s how you know their food is amazing. They waste no time on making sure they get your order right and ready.

We were regular diners at Sky Dragon before the pandemic. Their food was the best Chinese food around I have gone there twice since it started takeout only and now you couldn't pay me to order from them again. Absolute garbage. I have found a little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens in the shopping plaza across the street from Baskin Palmer Eye Institute on PGA blvd right across the street from the turnpike entrance. I had the best Shrimp LoMein I ever had in my 44 years in Florida. Definitely will stop there when ever I am in the area.
