REPEAT CUSTOMER - We ordered a variety of cupcakes for our wedding, and while there was a minor hiccup, the team went above and beyond to make it right for our special day. Everyone loved the cupcakes! We also had a child with a food allergy and ordered vegan cupcakes—they were beautiful and absolutely delicious. We’d definitely order from them again!

My family and I went in on a Saturday afternoon. My kids are 5 & 7 and we were greeted upon entering. On the tv they were playing Nosferatu which is a horror film and indeed there were frightening scenes playing that I had to tell my kids out loud to not look at. They did not attempt or acknowledge to change or turn off the tv. We spent $32 on 2 small ice creams and a cupcake smash and a cupcake milkshake. The ice cream was the reason for my 2 star rating because it was good. The cupcakes however were not. Plain just like the other reviews mentioned. Another thing that threw me off was the lack of covering of the cupcakes. They were sitting wide out in the open which if you can imagine a fly could fly in through the door and land all over those things. Gross. Also there was no seating available so we were pretty much forced out which we wouldn’t have stayed anyway because of what they were playing on the tv. Won’t be going back ever.

Waited 30 minutes for the worker to come to the front to help anyone. Ordered 6 completely different cupcake had the same exact white buttercream frosting on top, which really threw me off. Even the red velvet cake had white buttercream frosting instead of the normal cream cheese frosting that red velvet cakes usually have. Ordered a cannoli cupcake and it was literally just a plain vanilla cupcake with white buttercream frosting on it with a cannoli on top. The actual cupcake was so plain, what is the point of the flavor if it isn’t incorporated into the cupcake at all? Every single flavor was under whelming and my family was extremely disappointed.

My husband surprised me with cupcakes for my birthday and they look phenomenal! They're so delicious, fresh, and unique in design. We were so pleased!

Made out 1st trip to SmallCakes this evening. I am gluten free and read that they had some GF options.
No other patrons were there when we walked in. We spoke 1st, to the young lady working and asked about GF, she pointed to a cooler in the corner. She offered no assistance to help us understand the product. We had to ask what was SF and where was GF. We chose 4 different cupcakes and only one listed the flavor on it, the others were a guessing game. All GF cupcakes are vanilla cake with just different flavored frosting. The cakes were cold and dry. We spent $21 bucks for 4 cupcakes that tasted like they had been on the shelf at a gas station for weeks. The girl working had no personality, and offered no help, and only talked when spoken too. Not impressed. Won't be back

Absolutely now love getting my cupcakes from this location since being under new ownership. As a true pastry connoisseur, the cakes are always fresh, moist and offer delish flavor options daily . One of my faves is the strawberry cake! I’m there every week stacking up on my guilty pleasure!

I decided to take a trip to small cakes after not going for a while, the business has a new owner and it shows in the quality and taste of the cupcakes. Prior to the change the cupcakes were nice and fluffy and the icing taste homemade. Now the cupcake are heavy and weirdly shaped and the icing taste like it’s from a Publix cake (no hate on a Publix cake)… but paying $4 for a heavy overstuffed unflavored cupcake was crazy

Purchased cupcakes for husbands birthday. Guess I picked the wrong flavors because he said they were too sicky sweet. For him to say that they must have been way over the top sweet. Very disappointed.

I always go there for their Birthday Cake cupcakes and Tres Leches cake. If you haven’t tried their Tres Leches cake, you should.

I got a couple of gift cards from a friend for Smallcakes in St. Lucie West and this little place is pretty neat if you're into sweets. We had a treat called a cupcake smash, which essentially is a cupcake put into a blender with ice cream and becomes a milkshake. And then there is the standalone cupcake, which looks like art in a box.

Saturday at 5:30pm, only 2 cupcakes left, yes only 2. Had 3 families waiting for 2 remaining cupcakes. You’re losing business for not being prepared. This is not the first time, went 4x before and same issue. The wife and I continue to leave and go to crumbl, at least they have products to purchase.

It's not freshly baked cupcakes and the banana cookies tasted like dough. There was 2 people ahead of me and my daughter and it seemed like the girl was just lost. I went back in after trying to eat that banana cookie thing to let her know it tasted like pure dough and it was terrible it had no taste and she just looked at me with a blank stare. Didn't ask me would I like to replace it or anything. Just stared at me. So I asked where the garbage was and tossed it out. Almost 25 dollars for 2 cupcakes and that horrible cookie and 2 macaroons. I'll never go back. And I don't advise anyone else does either. The cupcakes are exposed the entire day. They're stale. They look pretty but really they should be in a case. Or cases you could see through. Just not good at all. It was so awkward in there. Everyone was practically hearing each other breathe. It was just weird.
