Workers there are extremely rude and very dismissive. I wanted to order a cake and the workers were very rude about it. Although I understand that you must order a cake days before the workers were not humane and could’ve been nicer.
Great selection of delicious cupcakes. The baker was very enthusiastic about her products and we loved the cake we bought. Price is also reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered a $30 box of 6 cupcakes 8/13. Pickup time was 4:30. It was pouring rain and my friends cancelled due to flooding. I called to cancel at 5:15 on my 27 mile trip for nothing good. I was told when I called at 5:15 that I couldn't cancel my order as "They are in the process of being made" So if I arrived there at 4:30, and was told they were being made, would I have been able to cancel? Would I have to wait 45 minutes plus until they were finished? Not a chance!I was offered a $5 coupon for my next visit which went up to $7. Thats sort of an admission of guilt. I said I would pick them up as my friends said no thank you. So I brought them home and had a piece of 1 and gave to the neighbors kids. We all know the mix probably comes in a 50lb bag. Atleast Dunkins mix is ready to bake right out of the bag. So for the box of 6 that probably priced at a 30 to 35% food cost, so for say taking a $9 loss they get free advertising.

Called last min for my baby boys' bday party. Ms. Dawnn was super helpful taking my order. To my surprise not only was the customer service outstanding but the cake was one of the best recipes I have ever tasted. The simple vanilla cake was moist, fluffy and delicious. Not overly sweet. It was perfect. I look forward on buying more cakes and tasting all the other flavors. Thank you!

I was disappointed in their cupcakes, they were crumbly hard to eat. One was Salted Carmel and chocolate cupcake with a pretzel on top of it on my, the pretzel was old soft.The other cupcake was Snicker Candy and chocolate cupcake, there was only a small piece of Snicker Candy bar about the size of a dime. At $4.00 dollars each you would expect more!They were so crumbly it would hardly stay on a fork.I called the cupcake shop and got, I'm sorry.
