Spiro's Taverna of St. Lucie West

Was enjoyable until you get the bill. We ordered drinks on the rocks and neat. They charge you for ice if you get rocks and also charge you extra for drinks neat, without ice. When you pay a premium for a drink and then get hit for ice or for not having ice it is just over the top. At some point you have say it is enough. No longer a choice for us and we dine out frequently. Just no longer at Spiros.

One of my all time favorite spots when I need to get my Greek cuisine fix. Always have to take their salad dressing in a bottle to go!

I went to the St Lucie West location today with a friend. We walked in and were not greeted. They were NOAt busy. Finally we were told to sit “wherever.” We were not given menus. After 10 minutes I grabbed menus from behind the bar. We ordered a glass of wine. Both of our glasses were dirty and covered in lipstick. It took another 5 minutes until I could get anyone’s attention to point out the lipstick and tell them we were leaving. I will not be back. I’m so disappointed as their new location ( formerly West End Grill) has a real nice outdoor area.

Everything was tasty and fresh. Service was great. Will be back soon.

Honestly was really disappointed tonight , ordered to-go and the tzatziki sauce I requested on the side was missing, fries were overcooked and gyro was really dry. Salad was missing items too.

Their falafel is amazing!!!!

Beautiful and down town Greek style cafe.
I recommend the chicken gyro for first timers with their salad dressing. If you’re bold then go with players choice! Everything is fresh! Shout out to the hard working cooks! The resilient staff that goes non stop, and their dedicated boss, Nicole! You make an impact on this place, your added touch of northern sweetness goes a long way! Stop in and ask for John or Logan! Both great servers. For the Humble and prestige, someone of higher quality that wants high quality. Also reasonably priced.

The new location is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff are amazing. They're right in front of my job now so I'm gonna be walking up frequently for lunch!

I hate to leave a bad review but this was a bummer for my delivery order. I don’t order out much and I never get delivery but I tried something new tonight. Pretty bummed I pre tipped 20.00 for delivery. Maybe it was just a bad night, miscommunication or something else. I received a call about the time that my order was supposed to already be delivered letting me know that they were out of what I ordered. No worries, I swapped it for something else. I never received an adjusted bill so I guess I’m still paying for what I didn’t receive . The restaurant is 10 minutes from me and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes for delivery from an 8pm order. After all that I was still optimistic until I bit into a tinny 25 dollar chicken sub that was now dried out like jerky. The green bean side sounded good on paper but I didn’t care for it. The lemon potatoes were excellent. Maybe I’ll try again but I’ll definitely come in and order. Get a gyro and fries or something.

It looks like all the bad reviews are from deliveries so it must be better to pick up or dine in.
